I purchased my first pair of running shoes here about a month ago. I’ve had ongoing foot issues and went to the dr to address the issues I’ve been having and he recommended hands down hoka’s for my issues. These guys had no issues helping me address my concerns and graciously exchanged the brooks for hokas. I’ll keep coming back.

We stopped in for shoes that would work with new orthotic braces. We were immediately directed to Kathleen VDB, who was absolutely amazing! In addition to being kind and welcoming, Kathleen was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and helpful. I honestly wouldn’t have expected that level of expertise unless I was shopping in a specialty/orthotic shoe store. She took the time to explain the benefits of available stock, as well as the benefits of shopping for a properly fitted and quality of shoe. She made me feel confident and comfortable that I made the absolute best choice for my feet. For quality and confidence in your purchase, I would definitely recommend shopping at Gazelle! Parking can be tricky -if you park in the ramp off South Street, they will validate!

This was our first time coming in here and I must admit I was blown away. Thank you, Amy, for making sure my son and I felt welcomed and made sure we were happy. My 12-year-old son is in track and Amy made sure he felt comfortable in each shoe and even suggested he run around the store to help. I can't thank you, enough Amy for all of your help. I highly recommend this shoe store for the best running shoes or workout shoes.

Went here to see what they had, and I am IMPRESSED. I'm realtively new to running but I learned SO much while here. Ella and Rob were awesome in helping me, especially with showing me new things I never knew.

I'm looking forward to joining the Tuesday runs and the Strava group. 100% recommend this place to anyone who needs running stuff.

This place is great. I was going to go to the Bootery but turns out it's completely closed. They helped me find shoes that are super comfortable!

I am not the typical Gazelle Sports shopper as I am not a runner. My plantar fasciitis has returned in one of my feet so it was recommended by my doctor to visit the store for a pair of shoes to help relieve my pain. I was lucky to have Ethan help me find the right shoe for my problem. I loved the 1st pair that I tried on (Hoka’s) but tried the other shoes as well. I needed a black shoe & my size was not available so he asked me if I would be willing to try a men’s shoe. I have done this before so I told him that I would be good with that. Ethan is very knowledgeable & talked to me about the shoe design. I will be looking forward to my next purchase!

My Aunt and Uncle referred me here to look for new shoes, which I needed really badly. I stopped in and looked at some hiking shoes. The attendant helped me find exactly what I wanted, which turned out to be a nice pair of KEEN hiking shoes. Now that I've had them for a bit, I will say it's worth the money. The shoes are quite comfortable and handle hiking like a true hiking shoe. They're also look (And feel) quite rugged.

Music was pumpin' while the merch was being purch'd, lol. @The Glove State(Facebook) had a couple tables set up with their fresh merchandise and I picked up a niiiiice KZO hoodie and warm stocking cap from them. Found and bought a couple new running caps and a new pair of gloves for the long Winter season. Always a fruitful trip to Gazelle Sports.

This is sorta like a locally owned tiny REI. The selection of brands & prices are right in the same ballpark. All the people that run it are really friendly. I’ll definitely be through again and would prefer to give this local business my money if they have what I need.

Great products and service. Always can find something to buy here. Started shopping here for running shoes in 1995. A little pricey, but clothing is good quality and will last 20+ years.

I went in with my sister & a friend, we were each looking to purchase a pair of sneakers. Cass helped us all out simultaneously. He was excellent. He brought me many different pairs of shoes to try on as I wasn’t quite sure what I wanted. Cass was very patient and extremely knowledgeable!

Me and my husband went in to check out some new pair of shoes because he suffers from plantars fiscitis and I must say I was very surprised by how excellent the customer service was there. We first went over to V&A to look at shoes for him and they were friendly enough but were a little pricier and less knowledgeable about the shoes he needed. So we went next door and were right away greeted by Ethan and he gave us the best customer service we have ever had. Super friendly professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. We paid less there than what we would have paid at V&A. My husband loves the shoes and is excited and relieved to have shoes that will aid in his foot pain. If you're looking for a place with a broad selection and great customer service then I would highly recommend going here. I'll likely be back to grab a pair for myself!

As I have got more into running I came in looking for a proper pair of running shoes. The service I received was unmatched and my main concern was being upsold and I can happily say I did not feel this at all. They really cared about getting me the right shoe and I am very satisfied.

Gazelle's has a great selection of sport related clothing and accessories. But even better is the staff. They are a great resource for the best options for YOU. Never pushy or trying to sell you something you don't need. Always helpful.

Very helpful knowledgeable staff. If you need new running shoes this is the place to go to get the right shoes that fits your run and foot.

I feel so bad I forgot the name of the person that helped me, but he was so kind and acknowledgeable. Yes majority of the shoes are for running, but found a pair that would suit my needs. I appreciate the kindness of the staff, it was a first visit and it won’t be the last.

I HATE shoe shopping, especially with sales people.. I’m sorry, but it’s true! I become a people pleaser and just start saying yes. Not gonna lie, I’ve gone here before and ran into that issue… however……. Game changer, SAIRI! She is so fun, informative, and really helped me pick out a proper pair of shoes. I am a nurse with 9 years of experience working those 12’s and I full on refused hoka’s. I refused anything without a cute color and I refused I wore anything bigger than an 8. And today I was between hoka’s and WHITE BORING SHOES (they were on cloud so I was walking on a cloud). The key was she never looked down on my opinion! She listened, but obviously knew what was best for my feet. She even talked me into a size 9 because I do have wide feet. However, the shoes she had me try on were subtle and didn’t make me feel like a clown. Sairi was so nice and genuine. I felt like I was with a friend. I said this out loud in the store and I’ll say it again, she deserves a raise! She did the unthinkable… beat my stubbornness and made me feel comfortable shopping in person.

Got fit for running shoes by Mary and she was awesome. The entire staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Was very surprised they let me take a quick run in the shoes to try them out. Customer service was some of the best I have received, will definitely be returning!

I have been running regularly for two years. I have no knowledge of how to pick the correct running shoes other than articles and reviews on the web. I would order a pair online and hope for the best. I started to develop knee and hip pains and decided it was time to break down and get a good pair of shoes. When I walked in the door I was greeted by Francine, who is an avid runner with many years of experience. She spent over an hour bringing me different pairs of shoes to try on, walk with and even run around the block. I have not received such good customer service in years. It was definitely worth the time and money. I bought the shoes on 12/16/18. As of today all of my leg and hip pain is gone and I am enjoying running more than ever. Also, just out of curiosity I looked online to see what I could have bought the same shoes for. I found them for only a few dollars cheaper. I am currently running with the Nike Pegasus 35 and LOVE them.

Went here to get quality walking shoes for my wife. She needed something with good heel support. We explained our needs to to he staff, the person spent a lot of time going over options and encouraged her to try as many as she wanted. Was very helpful in pointing out the differences of each shoe as it was tried on. The staff person spent over a half hour with us. My wife selected a pair and is very happy with them. The store was well staffed, allowing each person to get the help needed. The shoes are top quality, so expensive, but worth it. We will definitely go back.
