The employees here are great. Everyone is always friendly and happy to see me. Customer pickup is down to a science here. Returns are easy. There is a nice range of selections throughout the store. This ranges from food to clothes to electronics. A lot of the brands are good quality and affordable like Good & Gather, Up & Up, Favorite Day, etc.

Target Oswego, IL location is better than the one we usually go too. Will shop here more often than the other locations. Great shopping experience

Purchased items online for my new circut machine. All items were in stock. Order was ready within 2 hours and it was late that night. I came in next day and customer service had it all ready. Keep up the good work Target!

Today was an outstanding experience at Target! The lady at the pharmacy was so helpful and sweet. At the front, the cashier was so sweet and thanked everyone for their patience. She was helpful and wonderful. The store was clean and everything was organized. Great staff experience today.

I had been sick for two days and couldn't pick my order up. Staff was very very accommodating and wonderful to work with. The Oswego Target will always be my favorite store. They let me pull up in front and they brought my order out to me. I can't say enough good things about this group of people that work here, and the front end manager is super sweet as well. Love her!

The employees ask if I need assistance, they offer help when needed. Other stores I visit deter me from going back, mostly because the employees are not helpful or friendly. Target has been clean everytime I have gone. I prefer target to other stores because of their selection, staff and overall cleanliness of their store

This particular Target was HUGE but all employees were friendly and helpful and made me successful in finding all the items I was looking for.

I love Target, their products, and usually their prices. I was very happy with my latest trip when gathering items for Valentine's day. They had a great selection in the dollar section as well as in the holiday area.

I drove 3 hours to Charleston to get my granddaughter for a weekend visit. . It was a long 3 hour drive home as well and my granddaughter forgot to pack pajamas. I missed the pick up and drive up hours. Thank you so much to Delaney in Guest Service for helping me and thank you to Dakota for finding the pajamas. Delaney was so nice and helpful. They made my difficult night a little easier. My granddaughter says thank you as well because she loves pajamas and now has more. Hmm maybe she did that on purpose. 😉

I only had 2 bad episodes at Target other than those 2 times I adore the Oswego store and I adore the people that work there. They are always helpful and kind. I have MS and struggle to walk and kindness matters a lot to me.

I usually visit this Target and today I had a wonderful experience. I was in search of the Bullseye dollar spot classroom organization goodies and two sweet ladies (I wish I would have asked for their names) were extremely helpful. They opened boxes for me and helped me find what I was looking for. God bless their hearts.
