I have been here a few times since it opened. Every time the sales people are friendly and helpful. Very happy to have one close to home now. I have had good luck with the tools they are a good value.

Glad we have a store close by and the staff super friendly. I went in to buy my husband a gift at Christmas. Staff greated me at the door and helped me find just what he wanted. They explained everything to me on what each different selection offered. Keep up the amazing work in Carlisle.

Went in to buy an auger. Supervisor was available to discuss what I needed to do and what would be appropriate. Store was calmer so he took the time to talk. Had to return / exchange, done so without issue. Prices seem competitive - acceptable - discounted when compared elsewhere depending on item. Will definitely be returning when I need. Great attitudes and helpfulness all round with the different staff members.

This store is one to visit . Clean and neat while we'll stocked by quality and friendly staff . Wide isles and easy to reach shelving. Huge parking lot and ADA compliant.

Once I got used to the layout of the store it was better. The staff was helpful and polite.

I've had the privilege's of speaking to several of the employees their via phone and in person. So far, I have been nothing but impressed. It is obvious to see why they are all so kind and willing to help. If Zach the manger is their leader, they have no choice but to be happy. Zach is a ball of energy and super chill.
