I appreciate Excellent Customer Service in any establishment I visit. Kohl's has always provided Excellent Customer Service at the two stores I have visited in my area. I also, appreciate the sales they always have. The cash back perks are a special treat.

The Christmas gift I purchased had to be returned. I misplaced the receipt. Was ready to plead for mercy. The employee at customer service was great. I said I would be interested in exchanging for a different size. She said would not be a problem. She then looked it up on her phone. She said I was in luck inventory showed one left in the size I needed. She then went out to the tacked and retrieved the coat. Wow the employee was great. She made the whole exchange more than easy. Thank you to the employee and to Kohls for having a good system in place.

The sales associate who assisted me was beyond helpful. She asked what I was looking for and why, and then assisted me in getting the proper apparel for my wife’s needs.

Kohl’s in Carlisle is a great place to start your Christmas/holiday shopping. They have a big toy section. I need to go back!

This store is always clean and bright and the cashiers are very helpful and friendly.

This Kohls is always the most well stocked, organized, and has the friendliest employees in central PA. Want to give a shout out to Helen in the Sephora dept for her patience, knowledge, and kindness. She helped me find a perfect foundation and took extra time to explain application and tips. I really appreciate it and hope she’s recognized for being awesome!

I’ve been going to KOHL’S in Carlisle, PA. ever since it opened its doors. I love what I usually purchase and if I am not pleased with an item or two, Customer Services is excellent in refunds/exchanges. Look 👀, it’s my favorite store!! They are like family to me.

Got a pair of shorts for golf. 50.00 was the price on the 1 pair but they were on sale for 30 and the other pair were 70% off and they were 16.00!!! Winner winner chicken dinner!!!

I love the shoe selection for business casual wear, although it is hit or miss. I love the swimsuit collection. I love the free Amazon return service. And other than the very disgustingly snoby and rude cashier that checked me out last time I was there (well over a year ago), the employees rock!

Good stuff here, know many guys who really like shopping here. Not just for girls, quality with good pricing, sales, discounts you can earn shopping there. Lady in front of me once was cheering, literally. Yelling she got $600 in merchandise for $150 with her discounts. Couldn't help but to laugh and feel good about her getting her deals. I have a friend Todd who won't buy his clothes anywhere else because of their quality merchandise.
