The UPS Store

I have been to The UPS Store in multiple states for mailing packages, printing needs, and even luggage storage. They have so many useful services, and the staff is always so gracious. This one is no different, so helpful!

I cannot believe the star rating for this store! Fifty stars here! I have ALWAYS been treated SO WELL at this particular store. I can’t say the same for the other UPS store in town. A big HUGE thank you to the employees at this location. Thank you for always having my back and taking the best care of me!

I was greeted when I walked in, had pleasant conversation with the employee who had my package done and ready to ship within five minutes.

It's pretty easy walk in drop off leave.

I am new to using the UPS store. My daughter moved to Phoenix Arizona recently, and I came here to mail her birthday gift to her. Jamie you're employee was very kind and helpful to me. She let me know my different options. Jamie helped me to send my daughter her birthday gift the best way possible. I came back in today to send my daughter her Birth certificate and other important papers she needed. Again Jamie was very friendly and helpful. I will always come back to this U.P.S. store as long as friendly employees like Jamie works there. Please tell her thank you very much. And I will be sure to recommend this U.P.S. store to everyone I know.

Henry and Michael helped us with every detail of a very important shipment. Their patience, and guidance made our shipping experience fruitful.

Great experience dropping off an Amazon return. Once I finally got past the customer in front of me (who was completely unprepared - do your research, people), I was out the door in less than a minute.

I've had a box at this location for almost two months now. Really enjoy coming here. The workers are friendly and highly professional. I really appreciate the fact that they're able to take care of your needs quickly. Would recommend to anyone.

This is the best location I have been to. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by Kevin. He was proactive in asking me what I needed help with. I got in and out very quickly and on with my day!

I had to make a quick stop at this UPS location on a last minute project, and Rico was SO helpful and friendly! I was in and out in no time and I would come back to this UPS location in a heart beat!

The staff are efficient and helpful. Does get a bit crowded sometimes as it’s a small site and it’s hard to socially distance.
