I came into the store after 5pm. I was help within a couple of minutes upon arriving.

Received Great service and information from Brian! He knew his stuff and thoroughly tried everything he could to help out. I broke my phone and needed the insurance claim to be processed. Many service workers get annoyed or uninterested when situations don't benefit themselves. But he was patient and deserves much credit. Thanks again! Definitely recommend this Verizon store!

Wow! Really had a GREAT experience with the Verizon store in Traverse City over by the state park. I worked with Brian and he was TOP SHELF! He had to order the phone I wanted but called me a few days later when it came in. He installed the screen protector, transferred my data, and did everything for me INCLUDING sending me on my way for a few hours while my data transferred and then emailing me when done so I could work. What great service! Thank you Brian, I’ll be back.

Nathan helped us out replacing a broken phone and was able to work some sort of magic to help get pins in with 1/2 the display broken and black so we could recover activation / verification codes. Couldn't even see the keypad.
Went above and beyond to help us, maximized our discount on the new phone and we left all squared away.
