Great service and great place to go to for all batteries needs. Even on a busy day they make sure you are taken care of when u are in need or in a emergency situation. Good place for special batteries other stores don't carry. Would recommend!

I called and visited several places to find the right battery for my vehicle, then I found Batteries Plus, that not only had the specific battery and said they would also install it. Cheers to Nick, the Assistant Manager at Batteries Plus - Maplewood who handled the whole thing by himself, fast & efficiently. Plus, replaced the batteries on my fob keys. Very helpful.

My wife and I have shopped Maplewood MN Batteries Plus for many years. Today we went in for lifetime watch battery replacement for 3 watches. We found out they also can provide replacement key and fob for our 2006 vehicle, at half the dealer price. Noah replaced our batteries and Bret called their Florida location to transfer our needed key style. Both of them were extremely helpful and kind.

The gentlemen at the store were really knowledgeable and helpful with the replacement battery; and they put it into my car and got the refund going as the old one was a Batteries Plus brand also.

Matt Jesso at Maplewood store was determined to find the right battery for my garage door opener without an old one in it. He took incredible amount of time and care with my key fab batteries, his attention was focused on making sure I got the correct batteries and I was happy. I am so happy I went to that store. I was treated like my battery needs were important and Matt was not giving up on finding the correct batteries for my devices. Thank you!!

The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. The battery install for my vehicle was under the front passenger seat, and the staff saw it through all the way to the end. I appreciate their help so much, especially since it is January in Minnesota!

Just had my car battery replaced and can’t say enough positives about the service. They were replacing 3 batteries at the same time and still helping others. Was totally impressed with the district, store and assistant managers who were outside freezing their bottoms off and going from car to truck to car to change batteries and send their customers on their way. 3 wonderful women doing an amazing job! Batteries Plus has a customer for life!

AWESOME customer service! First time I have rated a business but I had to compliment them. My tablet repair didn't work despite two attempts and they offered - without my asking - to credit the entire cost! Said that "customer satisfaction" was their priority. Certainly would recommend them to others.

Staff is always helpful and respectful. The quality of their batteries is better than the big box stores, plus they often run coupons if you check on line. Worth the trip to the store if you need a battery.

Very friendly staff and they actually had a good mix of both professional and friendly. They set me up really easy and fast. No problems at all whatsoever. I had to switch out my battery for my iPhone 6s and now it’s working better than ever! Very happy with my result.

Went in to get a battery for my car. First they tested my battery and said it was junk. They gave me options for a battery,I picked one and they installed it in about 10 minutes. Ty batteries plus!

Good price for the Duracell AGM battery I purchased. Store clerk (I didn't get her name, and it's not on the receipt, near as I can tell) had the new battery swapped in faster than I could have popped out the older one. I think I was onsite for less than 10 minutes. Awesome.

Friendly people. Good explanations. Prices aren't competitive with the online sources, but I'm more than willing to pay for the customer experience. They treat you like you matter and are physically right in front of you to answer questions. It's not like the usual "We are experiencing an unusual call volume. Please stay on the line and the next representative will assist you."
