The UPS Store

Patrick/Pat is a conscientious owner and the people are really nice and accommodate your requests without an attitude that I have noticed in some other UPS locations. They follow instructions carefully and take care of all my printing needs. I print an average of 500 copies a month with them and found them to be very reliable. I can trust their quality of work. You might be wondering that I am a big client so they are good to me. That’s not the only way I am evaluating them, they treat all their customers with courtesy. That’s not too common these days.

The exemplary service I received today at this store is worthy of a public review. I took my non Amazon returns to this store and was having difficultly matching the labels with the packages. The retailer made it hard to match up and I was getting so flustered and frustrated with myself. I was also getting anxious and I did not want to create a backup of other customers. The gentleman working today, Brandon, took such good care of me -he basically took over and put me at ease. He said "I got this or I'll help you get this right" and insisted on helping me through it. Brandon went above and beyond, and with great patience, to match up the items with these wacky return labels. He made me feel so good and so less uncomfortable. He spent about a half an hour with me, taking other customer in between, and figured it all out. Brandon, thank you. There's a saying that people may not remember what you say but how you make them feel and you made me feel so lucky. What you don't know is the struggles I had this morning and that I was not feeling well at all. You were an angel to me and I so appreciate your help and patience. You really made my day. Service like you provided is near extinct but you proved that stellar service can still be found. Again, my since appreciation for how you took care of me today.

They will package items and mail.
No waiting great customer service.
Same service provided for all needs.

I went down a few days ago to see that they have updated their times on the door. I met an employee with brown hair, glasses, just under 6 foot, and a great smile who informed me of the updated times. Overall, I had a great experience and I recommend the store to anybody who needs basic packaging needs.

This store really makes me happy. The workers here are excellent and help me so much. Truly, I feel so joyful to ship my packages at this location. There is this one worker, he is slim, 5”9’ ish, brown hair, and glasses, he makes my day! He treats his customers so well and is always so nice!

Really nice staff, especially Lisa. I came into the store completely unprepared and she was able to help me, as well as every other person who walked through the door in a timely fashion. They were busy tonight but handled themselves really well. 5/5. Would recommend to a friend :)

BEST STORE EVER!!!! Literally the most fun you can have at a store. The employees were so nice and helpful. If I could give it 6 stars, I would, but sadly it only goes up to 5. :( Also the store is there. Yes you said INSIDE the Giant Eagle! mwahh

I used the UPS Store in Gibsonia about two weeks ago to print my wedding dinner menus and wedding programs. I had called about 4-5 places around the area and UPS was nearly half the price to print out 220 programs, back and front, and 220 menus. I spoke with Pat (the owner) and gave him a PDF of both documents and provided my own cardstock. He worked with me for two days and even adjusted the documents himself because they weren't printing straight and centered. Pat made sure my programs and menus looked perfect, and then had them printed for me in less than a day.

I had put off printing menus and programs until the week before the wedding, but Pat made these items one less thing to worry about leading up to the weekend!!!

The staff is great and they can do it all, from shipping to printing. I buy a lot of stuff online so I got a mailbox here. The best part is that it is a street address, not a P.O. Box! I even get an email when I get a package or mail. Now I don't have to worry about boxes sitting on my front porch when I get home.

One of the most friendly and helpful stores around. The gentleman and young lady working on Saturday 9/19/15 were kind, courteous and professional. Thanks!

I always go to this UPS store when I'm shipping or faxing. The workers all are extremely nice and efficient... you are never waiting.
