Sales clerk friendly and helpful. First time I hand been to this location

The staff is very courteous and efficient. One young lady even remembers what I buy all the time. Excellent customer service!

The new manager si helpful and very helpful. Since she came the atore si clean and organized.

7-Eleven nearest Hyatt Place, Round Rock. They had what I wanted, affordably. Very busy. I will go back when I need some little thing while I'm staying nearby.

Hard to access/egress parking lot from La Frontera or Louis Henna Blvd. Traffic was crazy. Drivers hardly let you in the correct lane so that you could go where you need to go. Seemed very aggressive.

Long time 7-11 customer, stopped by this morning at 5:30am cold coffee, cheap gas hints the 2 stars and wont take my debt card for lotto. I know they cant take credit but this is the only one ive been too that cant take debt that and cold coffee not fit to drink i think that this is the last time i will stop at that 7-11 any time soon. Bad thing is i work in la frontera.

Whoever the old man that works nights.... rude, racist, uncomfortable.

I've seen this dude yell, roll his eyes at, or overall have an attitude helping customers of color. Multiple times. Especially if they struggle to speak English, he'll get angry, make sarcastic remarks to others in line, as if the customer is a child. And then will act perfectly friendly towards a white person that comes to the register.

Tonight, there was a long line and the first thing I saw and heard after I got in line was this employee upset and angry because the customer he was "helping" didn't speak English. It got to the point where the customer was desperately begging others in line to help or if they could translate. He eventually just left the line. And the next customer a few ahead of me, also of color, was buying scratch offs. He asked for a 2nd ticket and the employee got angry.

Also, I get that working at a gas station isn't glamorous, but I don't need to be told every time I come in how much he hates his night/job. I got awkwardly stuck listening to him vent one night because I was a little scared. Listen, I'm depressed too, but...

I've wanted to leave a review a few times. Honestly I worry about his reaction. But tonight was terrible. I've avoided this 711 for a while, and tonight reminded me why. Please do a check in with him, job and mental health wise.

The whole point of having the option at the gas pumps for people to pay there is that they don't have to go and pay inside. But why is it that they're always out of paper for receipts? You get the offer of a receipt but then you have to go inside and stand in line and wait your turn to ask for your receipt. 😒

REALLY TRASH VANILLA CAPACHINO. WE CHECK LOT OF TIME ALWAYS TRASH. REALLY OLD MAY BE THAT GUYS NEVER CLEAN INSIDE AND SMELL VERY BAD.
