store very clean and orderly,associates very helpful. received a 30% off coupon in the mail and went to use it. we were looking for bombas socks and did not find them store did not carry them at this time, we picked up other items we liked and looked around, we will be back. pleasant to see a store to look like it should, thank you.

Store is clean, aesthetically pleasing to the eye and overall well placed items throughout the store in order to catch the eye of Amazon clients whose only sole purpose was to bring back a merchandise return. Clothes are of nicer quality to most leading competitors. Prices are above or near market value.

Nice clean store. No big crowds. No Karens in sight. Always great. Especially when it comes to Amazon returns. In and out in minutes. Sometimes there's a line for returns but always goes fast.

Went to return a Amazon purchase for the first time ever, and I wasn't sure what to do. Kohl's representative Soumita was very helpful. She walked me through the steps to process a return. Great customers service!

This store is quite decent and have variety of stuff including clothing bags some piece of kids stuff household and what not. Now a days this place is also offering Amazon return without labels which is a pretty much hassle free return process from Amazon and Kohl's

I went to this store to buy a pair of Black jeans shorts, and I was looking for my size I couldn't find it, so I asked and associate which happened to be ZOEY she was very helpful and very nice she explained to me about how I can do and online order, also she offered to look for my item at a different location, as I kept looking around for more styles she can back with the right size & the black shorts I wanted THANK U VERY VERY MUCH ZOEY I APPRECIATE UR HELP UR VERY KIND🥰
