Despite the store having bad reviews in costumer service, I was lucky enough to be attended by Michael who is kind and easy to deal with. Even tho the store can have better game selection I would be back thanks to the great costumer service provided to my by Michael

Today my family who are visiting Florida from Canada, went to buy the Mario bundle Nintendo switch and Rackel helped us out! She was very knowledgeable and told us about all different option in screen sizes and features. She was really patient and helped us make our decision. Really appreciated her effort. We need more people like her around.

The NEW manager is awsome. The current staff is very friendly and they keep the place stocked. The last manager was no good. HUGE improvement.

Had to stop to get a game. Imagine my luck there was a store called Game stop that had a game I wanted when I stopped. We were quickly back on the road with our game and it passed the time for the little ones who were bored on a long drive to the happiest place on earth.

My son begged me to come in and I was reluctant because I always buy the used games on eBay however he told me it’s the same price. I went into Gamestop and Eddie came right up to me to help me and my son out with the games and he was extremely knowledgeable and sure enough The games were actually cheaper used and they price match everything so I never need to order a game online again and they have such a huge selection. Keanu checked us out pretty quickly and I look forward to coming back.

The guys at the register were really helpful and friendly with what we needed. We called ahead of time and they held a product for us. It was very nice of them to do so.

Very honest to their customers regarding what's a good price and not. Saw a guy go in and ask if a ps4 slim is good for the price they were selling. Probably would have bought. But the individual working said it wasn't, for the sake of being honest to the guy about the price. Even suggested that third party you could buy a ps4 pro for lower than 200. This kind of honesty towards a man just wanting to make his kids happy is what I loved seeing and look for.

Very helpful, got pre-orders in that I didn't know I could do to ship to my house

In my experience staff here is always friendly and informative. Even if I have a question with some thing that I am not buying at that store, they offer their advice which is a big plus.
