Wonderful! Easy order online and either pickup in store or curbside pickup in one of their designated parking pickup spaces. Nice rewards program. Good sales. Friendly staff. New Sephora.

Every time I come to this Kohls it’s always a pleasure!!! Everyone that works in this store loves caring for customers.
Gail and Henah made sure I was able to get signed up to get all my gifts and coupons and they have excellent customer service skills.
Great teamwork!!

Pros: Clean, good selection, items on clearance have a wide variety of sizes and styles, got a $5 coupon for next order, parking lot right by the entrance, accept amazon returns at a dedicated station.

Cons: most of the products sold at MSRP, not discounted like in TJ Maxx or Marshalls.

Overall: 5 out of 5 stars for providing a hassle free shopping/return experience.

I went to Sephora to look for a gift for my granddaughter. There was a beautiful young lady by the name of Taylor who worked there who went above and beyond out her Way to help me. Her customer service is excellent because of her I will come visit again as well as let my family and friends know to come shop there as well. Thank you Taylor for all that you do, Happy Holidays Too you all....

I returned a $144. used Air fryer I had for 20 days. 0 problems. very easy return process. I interacted with at least 4 employees. each one of them gave me exceptional service. The 2nd floor bathroom was so clean it looked like it was brand new. Parking was easy as well. 1st time I ever saw digital price tags on clothes. I thought that was interesting.

Had a great experience.. I only came to return a Amazon product and ended up using the 25%off coupon and I bought a few outfits. Also the last at the jewellery counter had great insight to helping find a new work watch.

I of course grabbed something without a tag but Gail was wonderful and helpful, looking it up and then hand keying it in. She was friendly and personable!

Gail the cashier at Kohl’s at Sheridan Plaza in Hollywood FL is always very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend shopping here.

I went to this Kohl's for an Amazon return. The return center was on the second floor. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.

Good selection of clothes, nice disney stuff. They always give you coupons to come back within the week and get $5-10 off your purchase, I love that.

It is a bit expensive but when they place the offers they are unmissable

I went in on Wednesday evening (10/18/23) and Christina was working in returns upstairs, she had a very difficult customer in front of me and the demeanor in which she cared for that customer was above and beyond, it took real patience and expertise. The woman was clearly intoxicated and it was very aggravating as a bystander to watch, I couldn’t imagine how difficult it was for the associate to have to deal with it. Please give her the recognition she deserves. Well done Kohls.

I always find nice skirts and dresses here at a discount. I get more off when I return my Amazon products here, which is great . They also give away cash, so when you ship here, you earn more money to shop there again. I have $20 to spend now. Thanks!

Staff is extremely friendly and consistently willing to help! The manager is so nice. They are doing a wonderful job decorating for the holidays
