Red Wing - Columbia Heights, MN

Went into Chet’s today to get some laces for a favorite pair of boots. I was delighted to receive some good ole fashion customer service and had a great conversation with Wes today! Something that is definitely missing nowadays. Would definitely recommend, when I need a new pair a boots, I know where I’m going.

One of the best Redwing stores I have been to. my company gives out 175 bucks each year for boots and we have a account with Redwing. Witch is fine but the des Moines location is the worst the staff are rude and disrespectful. I had bought a pair of new boots and asked to have my old ones oiled and when I got them back they were dripping with oil and had oil inside the boot. I said something about it and he told me not to complain about a free service. This location is how a store should be ran everyone in the store was very nice and helpful. I made sure to tell our Minnesota shop to stop here instead of the iowa location when they get the voucher.

Wes did a fantastic job on the fitting and getting me into the right pair of boots. I went with the classic redwings that have been made on the same machine since the 50's. The softness of the step is second to none I can't believe I waited this long to get a pair! The service and experience was a 12/10

Been to a few Red Wing stores around the Twin Cities, and this location is by far my favorite. The staff is relaxed, casual and friendly, and the store tends to not be too busy, so you can get service right away. Even though I have a closer RW store, I go out of my way to visit this one.

Staff was very helpful my brother needed some nice boots for his newly formed lawn care service throughout the winter and the guy was so helpful and explaining the insulated values of each boot and you end up purchasing some so I will be referring people there that might have the same need nice place to visit nice place to shop.
