The UPS Store

Sharonda is a gem at the South Orange UPS Store. She is the epitome of customer service and professionalism! Sharonda always takes her time to help in every way necessary and she is also extremely informative. Every time I've come in to do UPS business she always greets me with a warm smile and continues to give professional service on every level. My wife and I are extremely happy that she works in the South Orange Store!

Hi I was in the store when crazy Karma came in the store store going crazy about some one helping her . The manger and the you man was acting professional.the police had to be called on crazy Karma. Her name says a lot. She is knowen for going to business and causeing problems and the police is aware of her. Turn you self in to south Orange police dept. These people at this store are so friendly and kind. Blessings

It was the end of the work day and I needed to return a package. I’m off by 430pm and typically the commute isn’t that far from work. However, everything that could have possibly gone wrong that day on my way to the UPS store in South Orange did smh. Talk about Murphy’s Law! Traffic was thick and drivers were just doing the most! I pulled up to find that there was no parking available and the store was close to closing. I ended up double parking and running in. The store manager seen a worrisome expression on my face and immediately asked what the matter was and how could she be of assistance. I told her I’m double parked and I quickly need to return a package while trying to avoid getting a parking ticket. She understood my concern and expeditiously handled my return in a respectful and pleasant manner. She was so quick with the transaction that it took less than 2 minutes to complete. Her understanding and compassion warmed my heart. Thank you so much Sharonda, it is truly the little things that make an everlasting impression.

I came into the South Orange UPS Store just the other day. I needed some help with my shipment. The awesome person by the name of Sharonda helped me out a whole lot. I just wanted to say thank you once again for being so helpful when she was definitely needed. And keep up the good work with that beautiful smile.

I was having trouble emailing my items to be printed. Gary and Baron were so helpful and patient with me. They found a solution and were so gracious. Awesome customer service. 10/10!!

I would like to let everyone know that South Orange UPS store is the best place to do your business with. The reason why I say this is because the employee by the name of Sharonda who handled my business so well and professional. Thank you for having a person like Sharonda.

I would highly recommend this store. I am especially impressed with Sharonda, the store manager. She is always pleasant and helpful. She is also quite knowledgeable. I had one incident when the phone company delivered my son’s new mobile phone to me, and I had a short window to get it to him out of state. He has had packages stolen in the past. Sharonda went through several options with me and informed me about the option of shipping directly to another UPS store for pickup. I wasn’t aware of that option. The package got to him timely and in perfect condition. As a general matter, the store is run like a well oiled machine. It’s clear that this manager’s drive and dedication has set the tone. Sharonda is an asset to this store and UPS.

I just had a wonderful experience with one of your staff, Phil. He was very professional, very helpful and courteous. He had to do a notary for me, regarding the paperwork from my mother's recent passing. And his attentiveness to the issues at hand; made a very difficult time, much, much easier.

My husband and I worked with Allen today! He was very patient, kind, and understanding. He got us out quick, fast, and in a hurry as this was our first time shipping so many boxes at once. Definitely, would recommend his service and coming to this location.

I had a very good experience at this store a young Lady Name Sharonda was very helpful and very pleasant. Made sure my packages were handled with care. This is the only UPS store that I would recommend my family and friends to go to.

I came into the store to send some important things to family I must admit I have never had the best customer service experience in my life from the store manager Sharonda. She was super pleasant and very helpful. I would recommend this store and this employee. I thank you Sharonda.

This is not a review of the store necessarily, but specifically about one employee. I took my two young children here to have their passport pictures taken. My younger child was NOT having it, and was crying and refused to leave my arms. Phil could not have been more patient. He tried for over an hour to get a picture, brought out a stuffed animal, and was flexible in trying different approaches with her. We eventually got a usable picture, but it was not easy! I doubt most people would have been as patient as Phil was - he was wonderful to work with!

I don't think I've ever had an unpleasant experience. Today, my associate packed my items so nicely. The shelves were to neatly stocked. Another associate offered to help her pack my box. The notary person pleasantly helped another customer. Idyllic.

I had a wonderful experience at the store, Sharonda, the manager, was such a great help to me along with being very respectful. She had me very satisfied with the services she provided me with.

I was in the store today doing some business. The manager by the name of Sharonda make a person want to come do their business at this location 4 South Orange Avenue in South Orange, New Jersey. Me personally, I'm glad that she's the manager here at this location. I do see a difference in all the years I've done my business there.

I came into the store on Wednesday to handle a couple of things that were very important and the associate by the name of Sharonda had so much patience, with a smile and no type of frown whatsoever. I just want to say Sharonda did a Phenomenal job and I shall return when I'm in need again.
