So me and my 12 yr old daughter did a thing this morning …. We made her first Starbucks trip. She was so excited but shy, didn’t really know what to order and neither did I but these ladies I wish I could have caught their names, made her experience so pleasant. They were very knowledgeable and helped her figure out what she might like and don’t like and took it from there. We left happy and satisfied. We will definitely be back soon!

I love the chai tea latte a lot here! I also got a free cup for red cup day!!!

Busiest Starbucks in the area but you would still receive your order within 15 mins (max). Great service and clean. Masks mandatory.

Friendly staff, good food and even greater lattes! Always busy in here....one of my favourite spots....well I had to take 2 stars off, because lately they have no almond milk and I cannot drink whole milk. I'm so sad...unfortunately I must add to this review to say, why is it perfectly fine for a homeless lady to come inside around other people with her pants down in public scratching God knows what!! literally has her pants down while sitting down. I hope someone does something about this or else I won't be coming back.

one of the best starbucks i’ve been too, i’ve started going more often and i’ve never been disappointed with the service. the baristas are so nice and the place is very clean and well run! 10/10 recommended!

O Yeah this starbucks is 1 of my fave 😋, what is there not to love, in the heart of the village of South 🍊 Orange N.J @ The South Orange train station to an from New York, When I'm there I like to enjoy the fresh clean air outside in the courtyard. Enjoy the amazing people walking by and the good vibes ,South Orange 🍊 New Jersey does make me proude!!!!!!!!!!!! B💥 💥 M!!!!!!

This is one of the best Starbucks that I have ever been to. The staff is incredibly sweet and is really doing they absolute best to help you out always. Today was the red cup day, when you purchased a holiday drink and could get a free reusable holiday cup. I was there at 9:00 am and it was absolute CRAZINESS. They had loads of orders, both in person and mobile, with a mob of people, and they handled everything professionally and politely. I have never had a wrong drink from here, if I ordered something and they did not have it they were always prompt in getting me a replacement. You guys rock, keep doing the great work you’re doing!!! ❤

Omg this Starbucks makes the BEST Brown Sugar Oat milk!!!! You guys are the Best in making my favorite drink! I’ve had the same drink at Bloomfield cause it’s nearby and I fell inlove with it. But OMG when my hubby took me here to South Orange and I had it that night, they took it to the next level of deliciousness!!! So the next day I came again with my hubby because it was that yummy and the best one I’ve ever had. I was worried it wouldn’t taste the same since it’s a different barista. Man was I wrong!! It was still as yummy as I had it that night! I must say South Orange Starbucks Brown Sugar Oatmilk is the Bomb! I wish this place was close to me so I can order from here all the time but you know what I’m willing to do my best to drive here just for your Brown Sugar Oatmilk!! Thank you Baristas and everyone at Starbucks South Orange!!! You guys are the Bomb with excellent customer service and do deserve a Great Tip!! 👏👏💯💯❤❤🙂

Very polite staff with fast and efficient service.

This is my favorite Starbucks. There’s a tall young man named Quad that is there almost every morning. Greets me and other customers everyday whether or not I have mobile ordered or not. I can also tell that he’s smiling underneath his mask. The reason I finally decided to leave a review is because just the other morning the barista named Camille asked me about a small detail about my life that I mentioned in passing and I was shocked. The morning crew is so welcoming and has been for years.

I love the SOUTH ORANGE location because of the STAFF. diverse, kind, and good natured. Been coming here for 5 years. They get very busy and I wish they had more ovens for the sandwiches, especially since the mobile ordering increased due to Covid. Besides that I keep coming back to see the friendly staff. Shout-out to Quad, Miriam, Michelle, Sam, Mauri, Eric, and the guy who wears the drum necklace, and the current manager. Keep up the good work!

I love the service here -- the baristas remember regular customers and know how to feel special. The coffee is always delicious and comes out in a timely manner. I would recommend a caramel frap for newcomers because it's sweet, cold, refreshing and wonderful. One other nice thing about this location is that it is nestled within South Orange Village which is charming and has a train stop into NYC right above it. There are also great restaurants and stores nearby.

This is one of the more cozy Starbucks. I feel like Starbucks in general have some coldness too them, but this one is integrated into the stonewalls of the train stations which is awesome and gives a cool feeling of sitting outside, yet inside in the warmth. The staff is really nice too and I got what i wanted :)

Workers were very courteous. I had the banana walnut slice and it was real good.

Very active Starbucks, near Seton Hall University, always excellent barista's.
Open late every day, constant cleaning due to constant customer flow....minimal parking. Friendly, one of my favorite locations

I love this place, great coffee and atmosphere and the staff is awesome and friendly... I've become a regular. What better way to start your morning or get some quiet time or some study time in than with a cup of grease coffee and friendly staff providing a great customer service experience!

Maplewood Starbucks is clean inside, spacious and most importantly the staffs is professional, knowledgeable, courteous and greet the customer within minutes with a smiles to the regulars.

The South Orange, NJ Starbucks is a place of many purposes, its a restaurant, coffee shop and more.. While the coffee is okay as you have many options and the service is usually fast and efficient. The sandwiches are a little over priced to me but in a pinch they do okay. I also love because it has great WIFI and the place is very conducive to being the office away from home. So what more could you want a home office away from home and plenty of coffee to keep one awake.
