I had the pleasure of working with Scott at the Verizon Store in South Orange, NJ. My purpose for the visit to the store was to resolve a system problem with my four-year-old cell phone. Scott listened to my problem contacted Verizon Customer Service using my cell phone and I was able to communicate with a live agent of the problems that I had experienced the previous day in contacting them.

My attention was to wait until Black Friday to buy a new cell phone but from a box store. Scott was attentive in working with me. He was professional and listened to what I needed and what I could afford. His demeanor in helping me to address my need for a new cell phone was stellar. Equally important, the absence of feeling pressure to make a sell made my experience in working with Scott the ideal experience in purchasing a new cell phone and changing my cell phone number. I left the store with my old cell phone and a new one and the cost, MINIMAL.

Scott is pleasant, personable, HELPFUL and KNOWLEDGEABLE!

I look forward to working with Scott soon to activate my new cell phone and cell phone number as well synchronizing my phones to my laptops

I recently purchased a cell phone at Version in South Orange, NJ. I returned days later for Scott, the person who sold me the phone, to assist in setting up the device.

Scott's accuracy while tending to detail in working on my phone was impressive. During the time that he worked on setting up my cell phone, customers came into the store. I watched him multi-task while maintaining his professionalism and customer service commitment.

I had a stress-free experience in purchasing and setting up my cell phone with Scott.

When it is time to upgrade my new cell phone, I will seek Scott for his assistance. Saving money and getting a bang for my buck will always be a priority for me!

Customer service is great. Infinity was especially helpful. The Verizon phone support rep told us we needed to go to the nearest store and get a new SIM card for a new iPhone that we bought at a different store. Infinity looked at it and somehow we got registered with both a SIM and an ESIM at the same time. It took her 2 minutes to remove the ESIM via settings and the phone is now working. Thank you!!!

The young woman I dealt with, Taylor, was incredibly helpful and patient. We experienced some difficulties with tech support and customer service but Taylor persisted and resolved the issue. I'd highly recommend this store for its service and personal attention to the customer.

Jeremiah helped us at the store. Even though he was very busy with other customers, he was extremely efficient and extremely courteous! Also very knowledgeable. It’s time to promote him :-) but do not take him away from Customer Service!

I just purchased the IPhone 11 at Verizon South Orange, it was a very pleasant experience. I worked with Ashley who ordered the phone and explained the price options and CHARLES the store manager. I picked up the phone the next day and CHARLES set everything up and transferred from my old phone. It’s a very quiet, friendly store, much nicer than the Mall stores. I highly recommend, you are not rushed, it’s great!

Ashley, the store manager, did an amazing job helping me set up a new phone after I lost my iPhone 10 max traveling. She connected a new iPhone 12 Pro Max, installed a new screen protector and sold me a dual port phone charger.

My experience as the Verizon South Orange store rivals the shopping experience I used to get at the Apple store in New York! The perfect place for new phones or accessories.

Truly my experience at the Russell Verizon Store was absolutely amazingly awesome. Their attention to detail and deep knowledge of all things Cellular phone and accessories related was very impressive. I was greeted from the door and made to feel like my concerns were their concerns. I can’t express enough how proud I am of this black own business located right in the heart of South Orange, New Jersey. I look forward to coming here again for all my cell phone needs. You will want to make Russell Verizon store your one stop shop as well.

My family was in the store the day before Thanksgiving and received excellent service from Charles. He took the time to explain the promotions, set up 2 new iPhones and transfer a number to a different phone. He was patient and answered all of our questions.

All hail this store! I had such great service with a complicated problem. The website said my phone had no trade in value & I went in to check. They got me a GREAT trade in & while I was there I witnessed lots of kindnesses to other customers, too. A real good old-fashioned store.

I had an excellent experience! My phone was infected with a virus that was really severe. The sales rep, Wolf Barthelemy, spent close to two hours working on it and was able to restore it to full service! He did a great job.

We pulled up to the store and it was just beginning to rain. The store was filled to "covid" capacity. My brother pushed my wheelchair up to the window to wait outside while enjoying a nice little shower. Then everything turned ugly... it was like the heavens opened... all of a sudden it was raining heavily, thunder and lightening... I mean the works. Ashley came out (for the second time) and offered to let us in to wait in the hall. Sooooo sweet! We declined the first offer but took full advantage of this second act of kindness. Maybelline saw that my brother didn't have anywhere to sit and brought him a stool. Sooooo sweet! Another act of kindness. There was a wait (as is to be expected) but we were actively checked on. When it was our turn Maybeline took our super complicated situation which included 4 lines with 2 ports and 2 transfers to a brand new account that had experienced previous online difficulties (which is what led us to have to go to the store in the first place) and made it a very pleasant experience. It took hours (3 or more) to complete our transaction but the professionalism, patience, concern, compassion and eagerness to face and completely address and solve any and every problem that surfaced blew my brother and I away. I can not give these young ladies enough accolades! I wish I could give more stars! Well done Maybeline and Ashley! You never once made us feel like we were taking too much of your time or that any question wasn't valid. You truly work on behalf of your customers and that is how customer service should be!!! Mic Dropped!

Ashley, the manager here, is gold. She helped me navigate an extremely stressful situation switching from Xfinity with intelligence, patience, and professionalism. It’s rare to have someone really know what they are doing, and problem solve so efficiently. I would highly recommend this Verizon.

I went to the South Orange Ave store recently to get a new iPhone and received excellent service. The salesperson's name was Charles Pace - he was professional, quick, and went out of his way to help me find the phone I wanted. I'll definitely go back when it's time for a new phone or accessory!

I was reluctant to upgrade to a better phone, but this was the place to go. Ashley and Mike were extremely forthright and helpful. I left loving my new product, and would highly recommend this Verizon location to anyone in need.
