Fast Fix Pro Repair

I was about to go buy a new phone and as I reached the door of my phone provider I saw the sign for this repair shop so I gave it a shot. He replaced my camera protector, cleaned out my charger port, replaced my worn out phone case, new screen protector and gave my phone a good bath. In and out in 5 minutes. Phones effectively brand new again for about 1/20th the price of a new replacement. I highly recommend.

I just want to say, I went into Fast Fix Pro Repair a few nights ago after leaving T-Mobile in South Orange, NJ. I had an issue with my moms iPhone where the screen went black and I was unable to figure out how to get the screen to come back on, after tinkering with the phone for several hours, I was unsuccessful and resorted to going to T-Mobile where I thought they would help resolve the issue. The salesman, if that's what they're called there, was very helpful but I was informed to try going too Fast Fix just up the street since it appeared to be a screen issue. A short walk up the street and within a matter of seconds after entering the store and giving the guy the story and the phone, my moms screen was on. I guess it is safe to say Fast Fix is my go too for now on if there's any issues with my phone. Try Fast Fix Pro guys and gals if you have issues. Thank You Fast Fix Pro....

Just had a great experience at this place. Only took about ten minutes to replace the screen on an iPhone 11; didn’t need an appointment. I called around before I went and this place was cheaper than another place a few miles away. I wish I got the tech’s name because he was super helpful. I hope I don’t need another screen replaced, but if I do, I’ll go back.

Great service! Iggy fixed my fiances phone right away. It was expected maybe a day or two for repair but they had the part and the phone was ready for pick up in about an hour. I will bring all my devices here going forward.

I was a walk-in, I received immediate attention. Could not start my google phone.
Policy of the store, quite reasonable, No charge to look at the problem for a quick diagnosis.
Foun the problem. and solved It.
Could’ve not have gotten a better resolution.

I don't get the fact that people are tryna lie & review bomb the place with "Laptop on Fire" type things... sounds pretty dumb & overall just outright unintelligent when you account for the time/effort these guys put in to learn the craft. Highly doubt smoking laptops are a thing that actually occur here.

That being said, stopped by not so long ago to get something fixed & it was done well. I have no complaints & would stop by again.

I walked in and asked for a screen replacement for my iPhone 13 and Ignacio told me it would be ready in 10 minutes and it was ready in 10 minutes, I recommend them to anyone needing a screen replacement.

This was the fastest phone repair place I’ve ever been to! They were so nice and sold me a really good case for a great price! Highly recommend!

Alex is probably one of the most talented technician I have met. I took my water damaged phone here thinking it was a lost cause and some how he was able to bring my phone back to life while keeping all the data! Highly recommend and the prices are very reasonable!

Got my Macbook fixed here! Fast and efficient, I was expecting 4 days but it was finished within 1! I am most definitely coming back here!

Phone was completely down and blank, I thought the charging port had failed -- the technician got it back in minutes, noting that it went into safe mode probably due to a voltage surge. They also had a couple of accessories for sale that I needed, so I got a ton done in like 10 minutes flat. Fast, polite, effective service -- 100% recommend!

When i can’t fix something or don’t feel like fixing it I go straight to them….. it use to be my guy Alex there but now it’s new technician and they’re still pleasant and wise.

Went to pick up a Nintendo switch that got a battery replacement. The Nintendo switch was ready for pick up about five days ago. Wish I knew to call before coming in. The switch with the new battery was dead when I arrived to pick up.

The guy plugged it in to make sure it turns on before we leave with it. About 40 minutes later and the switch is still not turning on at all. Then the guy says he’ll just put a new battery in it and it will only take 5 minutes.

We get home and I plug the Nintendo switch with the Nintendo switch charger directly into the wall. We go to play Minecraft together as family later in the evening and the switch says it needs an update. We hit ok and the entire thing shuts off. It won’t turn back on.

The store looks clean and respectable and updated. I don’t know if phone repairs are handled better.

They were great. I went in because my phone wasn't charging, expecting to have the charge port replaced. They cleaned the port (problem was lint in the port) for a reasonable charge and now everything works Definitely would go back next time I need a repair.

This business saved my business. The work was fair and fast. It was for a cracked screen and I got all my data and contacts back including my first podcast.
