Ush was amazing to work with! I have had him assist me with my paperwork and notary service. He goes above and beyond along with being very thorough. He is the example of outstanding customer service!

Ush was a life saver today! We had been trying and failing at printing labels for wedding invites all day. He had them done in 5 minutes. He’s always helpful when I stop in and it’s so appreciated!

Kara helped me yesterday, and she was wonderful! She went above and beyond to get my restless toddler involved with ringing me up and even gave us candy (and gave me some mom-to-mom encouragement). Brightened our day!

I do a little bit of business here but mostly Amazon returns. I didn't know they recently got an automated Amazon return kiosk next to the door. I was always waiting in line lol. kind of hard to see there's so much stuff everywhere. never a wait for anything, everybody's very fast. point of sale terminals are always connected so you're not waiting for anything.

Yes, I do actually enjoy going to my UPS store in Oconomowoc! The staff is personable, efficient, knowledgeable, and actually fun! Although their jobs must be stressful, exasperating, and exhausting, especially at this holiday, season time of long lines and short tempers, they deal with every customer with kindness and patience above and beyond the call of duty. I watched last week as Ush, a manager, explained several times to a very angry woman that her return slip indicated she needed USPS—the post office—not UPS. The exchange went on for over four minutes and the line was long, but we were all fascinated by his perseverance. Despite the fact that she would not stop interrupting him, and her voice got increasingly louder and more shrill, Ush kept smiling and kept at it until she finally understood what he was saying and stomped out the door. “Next?” He called cheerfully.
I felt like applauding.
Kailie is soft spoken and quickly handles complicated shipping options, offers re-packing suggestions, and processes stacks and stacks of Amazon returns, never, flustered, always smiling.
Jack makes a technologically challenged person like myself grateful that he is in place at UPS. When I am not sure how to access return codes, sometimes trying to print them unsuccessfully before I try to return purchases to Amazon, I know that now I can merely find my Amazon account on my phone, hand my phone to Jack, and he zips through 15 returns in under a minute, cracking jokes all the time so I don’t feel stupid about not knowing how to do this myself and grateful I’m not holding up a dozen people behind me.
Thank you, Oconomowoc UPS store for your consistent efficiency And customer Service— And for staffing your site with wonderful workers like Ush, Kailie, and Jack.
I think these three staff members in particular should be cloned, or at least given big raises. I am guessing they are not paid extra for going that extra mile. I need to go to my UPS store several times a month, and it never fails:

Ush was my literal HERO in getting my 2-sided printing project accomplished! Black Friday, all the other printing places were closed, and this was my last resort - it won't be next time!! He was able to find envelopes for me as well, so it saves me chasing those down!! Thank you Ush for all your help and everything you do!!!

Service was amazing, very patient while being extremely busy. Upbeat and helpful!

I've used this location to ship a few packages but primarily for my Amazon returns. Almost every time I go, they're pretty busy and have a line. But that's definitely not a negative, because the line always moves very quickly. For how busy this location appears to be, I'm surprised at how AWESOME their customer service has always been. So major kudos to the staff that works here! Keep up the great work!

I had a bunch of returns and various paperwork to be faxed. The people who work here are amazing. They helped me carry all the stuff in. Helped sort, organize and worked diligently, They faxed my paperwork to numerous places, made sure I had copies and were cheerful . They should all be applauded. Amazing service and kindness

I absolutely love going to this UPS Store! Each and every time I've been there the service has been exemplary, efficient, and the people are so kind. I just made a drop off for an Amazon return and I messed up what label went on what box and once I discovered it I felt terrible but the manager said don't worry I'll take care of it. Wow that is certainly impressive! Thank you thank you UPS you guys rock!

Ush saved me again today. it was a busy monday morning, tons of packages, amazon, returns, etc and he still managed to make my blueprint copies, scan and email them in a timely manner. He was so polite, and efficient. He could have been grumpy and flustered but he wasn't...he was great! I am so glad this is MY UPS store! Thanks Ush!

I come to this location frequently for my business. Ush has helped me multiple times and deserves recognition. He is always friendly and makes eye contact when in conversation, so I know he listens and actually cares. The thing that sticks out the most is how Ush is calm and professional when there is a line out the door and rude customers one after another. Keep up the good work Ush!

Needed a large document printed immediately. Looked at submitting through the website and they couldn’t guarantee before noon the next day. Called the store and Ush had me email it and they printed it in less than 2 hrs. Great job!

So thankful for the team at the Oconomowoc UPS STORE! We do a lot of printing and shipping and they are always helpful and quick with our requests. Nicole goes the extra mile to assist in printing projects and Sabri was so gracious and helpful when we had a production miscommunication. I’m thankful I don’t have to drive far to fulfill our business orders like I used to! Keep up the awesome work!

5 stars! Had a great experience here. I brought in five very heavy, large and oddly-shaped packages, and Leigh, Ush and Alyssa were so helpful. They were extremely knowledgeable in discussing the packaging and delivery options - and got me all set. I realized after the fact that I needed to make a change to a label, and I was expertly-assisted once again. Can’t thank this crew enough for helping me get these packages out the door. I will certainly be returning to this location!
