I usually shop at Monroe Tractor Supply, because it’s close to my home, but they didn’t have an item I wanted. I made a trip to the Middletown store and was pleasantly surprised at how the store was fully stocked with everything! The best part of my experience was being waited on by a personable and polite employee named Tom who provided me excellent customer service! I highly recommend this store for your holiday shopping or daily needs. I’ll be back for sure. Thank you Tom!

I called for a specific item, they had it, put it aside for me and when I got there, it was waiting for me! Thank you very much. I did walk thru the entire store, picked up another item. Well stocked and friendly staff.

Lisa the assistant manager was a great help in doing a return and finding clothes of the right fit. All 3 of us were satisfied with our service Definitely will go back.

The staff is amazing and so helpful. They went out of their way to ensure we got the lawnmower that was best for our property, even though they did not have it in stock.

I went to the Tractor Supply while doing errands today. This is not my local store, I was very impressed with the employees who work there. The cashier was happy, kind, & very helpful. I needed assistance & she directed me to her manager, Lisa. I have to say, Lisa was extremely helpful & an absolute pleasure to speak with. While I was there, I could see how much she truly cares for her employees & her store. It shows how they all interact & makes for a wonderful shopping experience.

The manager Lisa is amazing! She is she helpful and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond for us and will for any customer! It’s what customer service should be. She even went as far as to make a personal donation to a 501c3 charity I volunteer at after a conversation about said charity! Thank you again Lisa for your excellent customer service and your kind heart!

Always a pleasure to stop at this store the staff is so helpful. But big shout out to Nicole and Lisa, today's trip they helped us find what we were looking for.

Visited Tractor Supply to purchase a barbecue/smoker that was a better deal than other area stores. They had sold out at the Middletown location, but Jodi called around to other locations to see their stock. There was one with a damaged box elsewhere, but we decided to skip that option. Returned to the store the next day as stock was due in, but still none of the model we were looking for. Lisa ordered us one promptly to be shipped to store. She also arranged to have it assembled for us. Got the call the barbecue was in and a gentleman used the forklift to help us get it into our truck. All in all very happy with the customer service provided for us, which was more personalized and less harried than other big box retailers.

Great place. Always has what I need. Very friendly and have great prices.

I have been going to them for my horses(miniature) feed and I love it. The employee are very friendly and the store is really nicely organized. love going to this tractor supply.

Not a problem, its funny too that you responded because I was actually looking at a snowblower I've been eyeballing the past week or so (LITERALLY looking as u responded!!! Lol)
But getting a response from an owner/boss is amazing and a 1st for myself......also it makes me see (hopefully everybody else too) that we are paid attention to when we post things in the comments section regardless if it is a good or bad!
Once again I'm surprised you acknowledged me but am extremely grateful for doing so!

The staff here are very polite and courteous. They are there to help you with what you need, as soon as you walk in the door. Very knowledgeable of all the products they have in stock which is super helpful because there is a pretty wide selection of products. Also they carry livestock and from what I've seen, they usually never run out. Conveniently located right off a major highway (Route 35), here in NJ. Visits here always live up to expectations.

I love this store. I get Carhartt stuff, birdseed, deer corn, tools….all kinds of things here.

The only thing I can say is imagine an upper class Lowe’s or Home Depot. Store extremely clean and the people that worked there were extremely helpful and polite. Even when looking up the screws one od the other places would take forever without a barcode. Here took less then 10 seconds. Is Lowe’s meets tractor/trailer store with the added benefit of awesome employees. This place is awesome. First time in this location and I’m glad I did.

I went into tractor supply today after I had a battery issue with my car at the Monmouth County fair. Jill and Tina just so happened to be at the fair. They are kind souls. Jill and bryan went above and beyond for me today! Thank you both very very much! Means the world to me.

Scratch this off my bucket list. This store is going to very well here. They have a great selection of pet food ( 44 lbs bag for $18.49 ) what a deal. Nice selection of boots, shirts, jackets & tools. In a few weeks you will be able to get live chickens. And they also sell stuff for your tractor. I can't wait to go next week.

Love this store has everything I need for the yard and animals and my Charlie loves coming with me she gets so much attention
