Strapping Oak Park

I have adored this store since it opened. We no longer live in Sacramento, but Strapping was a Day 1 stop when we visited last week. They have a great selection of goods including modern furniture, toys, books, novelty gifts, and the best greeting cards. I still follow Strapping on IG and it has been awesome to see Susan grow this business and do some incredible work with the community. Do stop in if you're in town!

Best gift shop in Sacramento! Staff is always super friendly and helpful. Oak Park location has lots of free parking nearby and great selection of merchandise. Love that it is dog friendly!

This is such a cute store. Kinda souvenir shop atmosphere with great merchandise. Great paintings/canvases and a little something for everyone.

Such a great little gift store. Stopped in to pick up a couple gifts for a friend visiting from out of town. Really really enjoy the atmosphere of this store. Plus they're super dog friendly, so they get my vote. I can stop in here whenever I need a gift. Love this little gay shoppe. ❤

I was getting a friend a b day gift there, and had mentioned that to the employee. After she rang up the items, she got out a white out pen and covered all the price tags!! That was so nice of her to do. Small things like that are why I keep coming back. ❤

I cannot recommend this place enough! So many fun things for treating yourself and finding gifts for others. It's my go-to place for gift giving at this point. There's everything from candy, to drinkware, to accessories, to goodies for your pets. Bonus - the employees are always friendly and helpful, and the owners are super awesome people. Definitely check out all of their locations!

Fun selection of items from kids toys and seasonal items to pet stuff & neat kitchen accessories. Spent so much time wandering around, you’ll definitely find something you’ll want to take home. Staff/owners are pretty cool too!

If I could give this store more than 5 stars I would. AMAZING people who work here that make you feel like a part of their family. They always greet you with a warm hello, help me find exactly what I'm looking for and you leave feeling better than when you came.

Not only are they an amazing store but they are a huge part of the Oak Park community and constantly give back and participating in the community. I've been in the area my whole life and nothing has measured up to Strapping!

I love this store. I was looking for something specific here one time that they no longer carried. The owner took down my name and number and reached back out a few days later to let me know she was able to track down what I was looking for and had it waiting for me. Customer service is great and they have gifts for everyone!

They have tons of great gift ideas for any occasion. The lady working was incredibly friendly and wrapped my items with a quirky wrapping paper free of charge! I'm definitely coming back through whenever I need a quick gift idea!
You can also order online and it's a easy process items are ready within 24 hours!

Great GIFT store! I won’t take from that at all. However, my boyfriend and I were followed around the store the entire time. It is very uncomfortable and resulted in us leaving early & not purchasing. Not all POC steal and if you’re going to follow people at least ask if we need assistance. We had on our gym clothes & may have looked but it doesn’t make it right. We are also business owners. Definitely a store we’d recommend for gifts/shopping moving forward.

Really neat store in a sweet location. Lots of places to eat or get coffee nearby and then stroll around this shop. I enjoyed seeing the unique gifts and decorations to put around the house. If you wanna shake things up, or stir conversation with your personal style this is where to go. Great prices. I will be back!

This place is SO COOL!!! It has all kinds of stuff, from the super classy to a super unique gag gift. I could have purchased so many things! Also, everything is very reasonably priced and the owner is a local, and she is very nice.
