AT&T Store

Zach was super helpful when I upgraded my phone. He was very knowledgeable about all of the products. Overall, he made the process super easy and stress-free. Great employee!

I should begin by saying that I have absolutely no interest in technology and I am also intimidated by most of it. What a wonderful surprise it was to be warmly welcomed by Ben at this store. He was knowledgable, patient, and a great communicator. The best part? He totally relieved me of having to do anything except walk out the door happy. His manager, Bill, was also working during this rather lengthly transaction and I found him to be equally friendly. What a positive experience this was - customer service at its very best.

The employees at the AT&T store on Folsom & Alhambra in Sacramento California are the absolute best we've encountered. Super friendly, courteous and knowledgeable regarding products and issues. My wife and I have been customers for a couple of decades.

Came in yesterday to fix my mom's phone and was pleasantly surprised with Bill quick resolve to my phones problem. Was immediately assisted once I walked through the door and Bill quickly assessed the problem did a few things and fixed the phone. Thankful they didn't try and upsell me on anything and remedied the problem. This is my local store and I can wholeheartedly say Bill and Zack exceeded my expectation with service

I stopped in yesterday to try to get set up with a hotspot. Bill helped me out, talked me through different options, and I left with everything I needed. Efficient, kind, and funny; great team and exceptional customer service at this location. Thanks again!!

Whenever I need anything new, Bill is the man I go and see I followed this guy from four stores already. luckily, he hasn’t left Sacramento already. I definitely will recommend seeing this guy whenever you need a new device.

I just wanted to come here as a first time reviewer for anyone in this world to give a huge shout out to Bill at this store, he immediately greeted me in and answered any questions I had while providing top tier customer service and giving me recommendations based on my situation and what I was looking for. This is a man of the people and as such he is incredibly personable and well versed in his craft, he will not lead you astray!

Went in to att to switch all 4 of my lines from Verizon to att because it would save me almost half my bill.
I was confused going in and wanted to get the best deal.

Arnett helped me and made sure to go over all the plans and info to make me feel comfortable. He wasn’t pushy at all. actually ended up saving me more then I thought because he knew how to bundle everything. Thank you again. He went above and beyond.

I also wanted to shout out sterling for helpiing explain the differences between the newest android and iPhone in order to make sure I was picking the right phone for my everyday needs.
