I work on a lot of projects myself no thanks to things breaking.🙄 Thanks to Robert at Autozone being friendly and helpful loaning me the tools I needed to replace water heater elements. My element tool just wasn't getting it out. Fast easy friendly tool rental .. borrowed, charged to my account .. 2 hours later fixed and returned tool and money back to my account. 😎
Now for getting dishes done and a hot shower. 😊 Happy customer.

P.s. Advanced Auto only loans up to a 36 socket. I needed a 38 socket you have to buy it and they don't loan you a rachet.

Excellent visit here today! Bought a battery and they were kind enough to install it for me. Injured shoulders don't go well with battery installation. Chad and his team always take care of me at the Pataskala AutoZone! You should try them out! You won't be disappointed!

Auto zone is always so very helpful. Just make sure you have you're car info when going in. Also they can scan you're card for warnings it's showing and more problems. This one gave me a unique discount for my sobriety!

Amazing people and I think it was Jim... forgive me if wrong I'm bad with names. Pouring rain, and before I could get inside he was putting his coat on to help me replace my wipers after seeing me flip them up off my windshield. In and out with amazing efficiency, while insisting I stay in and dry while he replaced them for me. Thought I was gonna have to wrestle him to accept a tip! He said he'd buy everyone sodas. Epitome of customer service. Wish I could clone him for Speedway! Customer for lifis arned today... I love our community!

Everyone was quite helpful, and the gentleman, Jim, was wonderful in helping me to find exactly what I needed! He showed me all the options so I had some to choose between, but not only that, he was also extremely personable. I enjoyed my time there, while getting what I needed to fix up my vehicle.

For day to day items, such as windshield washer fluid to fuel pumps, they have everything or can order what they don't. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff!

The staff was knowledgeable and helped us right away. The young man who cashed us out was so polite when it came to him recgonizing my husband for his service to our country. Also, there was a lady staff member who was rolling around reorganizing their merchandise and cleaning. She was so funny and made the start to a bad day I was having... much better.. thanks girl for that laughter. More people need to be like her! Highly recommend this location!

The workers here are great! Always willing to help me with my questions about car repair even if I don’t end up buying anything. Sure, the don’t always have parts in stock. But they can usually have them in by the next day.

I have worked in customer service for 10+ year and this is the first customer service review I have spent time to leave. Maelyn REALLY stood out to me tonight! She is amazing! I went tonight with my MIL having issues with charging in her car. Maelyn's associate came out to help us test the battery. She knew I wasn't going to purchase and with other customers in line, made me feel like I was her priority. Gave me a quote on parts. The other customers got the same treatment! OUTSTANDING!

Ronald just spent an hour with me trying to fix an issue I was having with my vehicle. He went above and beyond to help me, even getting some ramps out of his own car so we could look underneath mine. We weren't able to resolve my issue, but it certainly wasn't due to a lack of trying. Thanks Ronald!

I had an issue with a battery I bought from this Autozone location. I called them and they got the batter replaced free of charge and Chris took great care of me again. This is why I will be getting my car parts from Autozone! They stand by their products with a good warranty and take care of you when there is an issue! Thanks again Chris!

Went in for a headlight bulb replacement and before I knew it , they had the headlight out and replaced bulb, even fixed broken clip, covered it all under warranty and were just the most helpful delightful people i have dealt with in a long time . Thank you Brian and Rich especially but I have never had a bad experience at this auto zone, if you live close by then your best bet is to come here !

The staff are always friendly and helpful. Even when I'm not being exactly clear or have called them numerous times a day they are still willing to help me with a smile.

Oh my this place is awesome!!!! Everyone is so helpful. ALEX & CHRIS come out to my vehicles & look & help & carry things for me & returns or exchanges are NEVER a problem! I don't go anywhere else . You just can't go wrong @ AUTO ZONE!!😊😊😋
