We've come back to KFC. After our most recent 8 trips to Popeyes being absolutely disappointing, we're back at KFC. The chicken tastes good, is hot, and so are the sides. Never was a fan of the mashed but there are plenty of other choices.

The manager was really friendly and helpful. I will be going back!

I have frequented KFC In Pataskala, OH many times and have always gotten good service and food. Recently my bag ripped at the drive thru, totally my fault and the staff and manager were so courteous and replaced the food that fell out (mainly fries) at no extra cost. Such a pleasure to deal with them. Thank you so much.

Unbelievable service and food quality. I had my Great Dane with me (we had to take her out of the house for a house showing) and all staff was very kind to her! Thanks, KFC!

Going to a fast food place late at night shortly before their closing time is always a huge hit or miss that I almost always end up regretting. Not here though. Our food was fresh, filling and satisfying. Great customer service (even after having to deal with a rude, opportunistic group ahead of us) and friendly staff. They have the best chicken pot pies! For $5, you cant beat it. Fast food is really a thankless job most of the time, so just a shout out to the crew that was working tonight...great job!

The food is good but it's way too expensive for what you get!

Used drive-thru, was fast and the food was hot and fresh. Got the 20 dollar fill-up deal and their sides have, increased, I think, in size, since they changed their containers, also a plus. The new plastic containers are a big improvement over the old styrofoam 👍

I live right by this kfc and go a lot. An employee nate is very respectful and always has great customer service. if there is any issue with my food they are more then happy to fix the issue if there was one. Management I believe changed here and I'm seeing the difference in service then years before. If you have have a bad review in the past I would recommend giving them another try and give credit where it's due.

Woman on speaker is just perfect! She must have been doing this awhile. She was ready with every question my mom asked her. Great food fresh and hot.

Yes, they sold out .But I was taken care of, and they have the best food tasting food.

This placeis phenomenal they had the very best crispy flaky crunchy extra crispy KFC chicken I have had in like ever I will drive a hundred miles to come to this KFC in Pataskala Ohio and I advise you to do it too! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE IN LANCASTER OHIO, THE PERSON THAT HAS THIS LOCATION IS NOT AN AMERICAN CITIZEN AND THIS PERSON PAYS NO TAXES.
THEY DO BUY CHICKEN THAT IS 40% SMALLER THAN THE NATIONAL AVERAGE OR RESTAURANT FAIR AND THEY CHARGE 35% MORE FOR THEIR MEALS THEN AVERAGE KFC LOCATIONS IN THE UNITED STATES.
ALSO AVOID THE KFC IN LOGAN OHIO, THIS KFCHAS TERRIBLE HIDEOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE THE OWNER LETS POOR KIDS 1718 15 YEAR OLDS WORK IN THIS PLACE AND DOES NOT GIVE THEM ANY TRAINING THEY'RE SLOW AND THE FOOD THE LAST THREE TIMES I HAVE GOT IT FROM THIS LOGAN OHIO KFC HAS BEEN UNDERCOOKED AND MUSHY IN THE BOY JUST A BOY WHO RUNS IT AS MANAGER IN CHARGE REFUSES TO HONOR THE CODE OF THE KFC QUALITY STANDARDS KFC THAT KFC CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS INSISTS BE MAINTAINED TO CARRY THE KFC NAME.
DO NOT GO TO THE LOGAN OHIO KFC ..I have actually seen them do people in the kitchen rolling the chicken after they drop it on the floor pick it up and put it back into the bowl and roll it around more I've also seen them pick their nose and rub it on the chicken I've also seen them cough and spit into the chicken. so the next time you get a piece of chicken from there and it feels a little moist you might just be getting somebody's hacked spit from one of the sweating kids who work there. They are short of staff in the staff is not trained to operate to cook or to clean...locations to avoid completely and totally forget the one in Lancaster Ohio they are filthy they bu

This is the best kfc I've been to in a while! Chicken was not greasy at all, very meaty chicken and fast service! Very glad I visited....

first spicy chicken sandwich i have had from kfc that has rivaled a popeyes chicken sandwich. great job pataskala kfc i will be back for more
