Wendy's

Staff member chewed sloppily while taking our order. Food prep area littered. Fries were cold.😢 All countertops sticky. Floor & drink area dirty. Grids on ceiling lights had heavy dust. Only good thing: fish sandwich and chili were hot & tasty.

Quick service through the drive-thru. There was about 4 cars ahead of me, and it went pretty quick. When got to the window, received food within only couple seconds.

The service and food were top notch! The atmosphere is a bit difficult to describe as it was a drive thru that I utilized.

This Wendy's has been around since I was a kid, but I hadn't been in a few years.

The ones in canal have been awful, and I was hopeful that this one would make me remember why Wendy's was my favorite fast food giant..

And they certainly did! The food is always stellar here, and the staff is amazing, as it always has been! I don't know why but pataskala always has the best service, I really miss it there.

Was disappointed that I couldn't order food at the Cashier Station and had to use a Kiosk to order and pay for my food. Not sure how the drive thru works with ordering and paying for food.

The staffing issues are apparent here, however the managers on duty do a great job of providing fresh food for your orders even if it does take a little longer. We’ve always been greeted with friendliness when they are obviously very busy and short staffed which speaks a lot to the customer service mentality. If only they could keep some staff it had the potential to be an amazing location.

I got the biggie deal it was nice. Everything was hot and fresh. I got the crispy chicken sandwich. French fries and the chicken mcnuggets it was all good.

I just had possibly the best drive-thru experience ever... Definitely best of the year! Sierra was outstanding! She made sure to include all needed items (ketchup & mayo for fries, spoons & hot sauce for chili, napkins, etc) and even went as far as specially wrapping our burgers so the didn't get mixed up! The food was super fresh & hot and our order was correct! As a food service industry employee myself, it was so refreshing to experience all the extra care & details... even at the end of her 16-hr shift! Thank you, Sierra! You are amazing!

Put an online order in. Sent my husband to pick it up. He incorrectly told them I called it in. They soon realized his mistake and saw that it was an online order. He called me and I called the store to see what was going on. The lady explained it to me. She was very polite. Everything worked out. The order was filled 100% and everything was fresh and warm!! Thank you to the lady who realized my hubbys mistake and got everything fulfilled!! We will definitely order here again!!

Did carry out so can't say allot about atmosphere.

This is a great Wendy's. The service was fast and friendly. The fires were perfect! I was in and out within a minute. The best part is they put five BBQ sauces in my bag. I really didn't need that many for for nuggets, but it's much better to give to much than give only one like most stores.

The lady at the drive-through window was awesome. The guy was very nice and helpful. 5 stars yalls sandwiches are really bussin' !! - Memphis

I had be l have to give the guys a big part on the back. The drive-thru line wad so long and their credit card machine quit working. It was chaos. Many of the folks in line were rude and angry. When we got to the window the employee was so pleasant and sweet. We started joking around with her while they made my salad and she was just so cheerful. I know they were having a horrible night but the employees were keeping it together!

I want to take this opportunity to give my compliments to this particular location. It’s obvious they are short staffed and for the few people who are working today I want to complement them on working as fast as they could and being as courteous as possible. I’m a little disappointed that the dining room is not open but considering the circumstances, I understand.

Was at McDonald's in the outer lane and kept getting passed over for them to take my order, so I pulled away and came here. 1 lane to order, pay and got food. Got food in less time then I was sitting in line at the other place. Everyone had a smile, and my order was correct.

Food is always fresh.

Everytime in Wendy's I know what to expect. Crisp up those fries and you get 6 stars!

EDIT: Have tried several more times to get "hot and crispy" fries. Never happens.

Very fast at the drive through with minimal wait. Food has always been hot and fresh. Staff is friendly and helpful. Great place for a quick bite and a step above the normal fast food restaurant.

They have the very best staff, if Jessica or Samantha is working you know it’s gonna to be hot fresh and the legit best customer service!!

The service from the ladies was great and the food came out fast and it was good! I love how the place is so clean! Because sometimes some fast food restaurants aren't so clean. I was very impressed and I will be back soon when ever I'm in Pataskala.
