Good ol boys in there. Willing to help. Ask you if you need anything or help finding anything associated as they get the chance no hesitation. Help you find good deals if they have them and always give recommendations on which parts you should get and why or why not. They know their stuff and are there to help and assist you not just get a pay check. Oh and definitely honest if they don't know they don't know I haven't met one yet that wasn't afraid to admit it.

I called to see if they could test my battery and whether they had a battery for my Buick, Encore. They answered yes to both questions. I went there, they replaced my battery and I was on my way within 10 minutes. The guy was very courteous.

They almost always have the parts I need in stock. If they don't, they can get them quick. I just wish the online discount was available in the store when paying cash -- why does everyone want your credit card info?

Very friendly staff, open late. Will deliver to your door. Reasonably priced. If they don't have what you need there, they can usually get it there no later than the next day.

Very helpful and friendly helped us with our needs very quickly and made some good suggestions would recommend to other people and I will go back to see them for help

If you are a woman please wait until the young helpful friendly guy is there. The old rude one will make you want to go to NAPA instead.

I really like the program they have going on right now , you look online find the part you want at an Advance Auto store then order it online and then you can go pick it up within a few minutes at your Advance Auto store. I didn't mention you need to pay for it with a credit card first.

Clean store. Employees ask right away if you need help finding anything. If you need fluid or something like that, they're more than willing to come out to your vehicle to help you.

Well organized store, easy to find anything. The staff is second to none. Well help you at the drop of a hat.
