I didn’t catch her name, but the African-American lady that has the long hair was extremely kind and professional. You never know when you’re going to get someone that treats you kindly and she was absolutely amazing. This will definitely be my go to Walgreens going forward

On entering the store, I was welcomed to Walgreens. My interaction was with the pharmacy. Staff at the counter was polite and friendly and after taking my insurance information, verified my address.
After reviewing my allergies, the pharmacist came to discuss them and she questioned the medication that had been prescribed. Previously a provider had flagged the medication as allergic for me and it came up as such in the computer.
I explained that I had recently been tested by my allergist, and provided the statement from my allergist.
Sue, the Pharmacist, removed the allergy warning and filled the prescription.
She was very professional and explained dosing instructions, side effects etc.
I have read the negative reviews for this store. I have never had a problem and have been using this Walgreens for years to fill my prescriptions. I found them to be professional and friendly and efficient. Otherwise, they wouldn't have questioned my allergy.

As an aside, I worked in customer service for 20 years, and even through best training and efforts, it is difficult to please all of the people all of the time.

The Staff Members are highly skilled and trained in the area they are working in it's nice to know they're cross trained in all aspects of their positions and you don't have to go looking around for a item because they're trained in every area of the store. I'm always doing the store serveys and they deserve getting the highest score. I have a great relationship with the staff members and I appreciate everything that they do for myself and Maecee Grey my Service Dog.

Seems like people will surely go out of their way and make a marked effort to write a review if they have a complaint, but not nearly enough people take the time to say anything positive. Even if the grievance is minor, people will go out of their way, but on the flip side, even if their POSITIVE experience was minor... silence. I find this inexcusable and sad. The employees at this location have never failed to treat me anything less than like family, and it seems to me like people simply want to be negative and unreasonable. Boo.

Filled a prescription here and they where very nice had helpful. The pharmacist answered all my questions with respect even though he has probably answered these exact questions a million times. Also bought a drink and they where what I would expect from retail staff. Questionable area though, its next door to a welfare office so interesting people hanging around outside.

Store was clean and staff was friendly, I was picking up photos and the worker behind the photo counter was extremely nice
