Surprise Bins

One of my favorite places to shop. They have lots of discounted items from Target and Amazon. Most are brand new or open box. A big variety household items, clothes, toys and more. With one child moving to the college and another into their own place we have frequented this store often. Owners are always helpful getting me a cart or bag for my items and loading bigger items into my car for me.

This store delivers big considering how small it is!

Every week there is a great deal waiting if you are willing to be patient and do a little digging. Yes it can get crowded, especially on $1 day, but that's exactly what you'd expect when you can get things at a better price than Dollar Tree or a thrift store.

I just want to add that stores come in all shapes and sizes, and yes this is a small store. There is lot's of overstock that is stored under the bins for the following weeks restock. You wouldn't go behind the counter at CVS or to the back warehouse at Walmart, so it's similar here. So to save anyone the pain of feeling prejudiced against, just pick through the bins, not under them.

Also, there are select pieces that are not priced what the bins are, because they are mostly out of the bins. I say mostly because like all stores, often a customer may leave an item where it doesn't belong. So yes, I have had the same thing happen where I thought an item was $1 or $5, but it was really moved from the electronic pile where it had an $8 tag.

If there are no carts or bags, you can do what many bin shoppers do and bring your own IKEA bag. In fact do bring a bag because the carts are very limited here, and you have an easier time moving around without a cart. I could go on for many more paragraphs countering some of the negative reviews that were posted but ultimately everyone has the right to experience their own experiences.

In closing, I LOVE this store! It's always great to see the changing stock while also supporting a local small business, and of course finding awesome bargains.

I am a regular customer at Surprise Bins and shop there at least twice a week. The owners are amazing!!! I am very pleased with the service and the products are exactly what I am looking for. I would highly recommend this business to others!

I’m moving out and this store is my new holy grail. So many great things for your house at great prices. I purchased 5 things and I got it all for the original price of just one of my items. It’s definitely worth taking a look at

I was a bit skeptical visiting the store after reading the reviews. This is one of the smallest bin stores I have been to, probably 1/10th the size of other stores. The store is run by a family. I went on a Sunday which is their $5 day and found a lot of things that I didn't know I needed. I wasn't overcharged. Probably might visit again if this wasn't so far from my home.

As bin stores go this place has better stuff. The staff is fantastic.

Good deals, could find anything from household, outdoor stuff, decorations, electronics, toys, comforters, clothes, etc... for a good price

This is a smaller store but it has a surprising amount packed within. You have to look items over carefully to make sure they don't have a handwritten price on them that's different than what you were expecting but I've saved a lot of money shopping here. I will definitely be back.

I wasn’t expecting much after reading other reviews but I was able to find a couple items I use daily and a nice 1000 piece puzzle for a dollar. Not sure if I’ll go back but I was happy the trip wasn’t a bust.

Went in on the day everything in the bins are $10. Found some good blankets from target a storage basket and a new 2 tier shoe rack. I would go back but def on the cheaper days.

I like to shop here on Wednesday as a scavenger hunt.
