Eye Care Northeast PC

The staff at Eye Care Northeast are wonderful. They really do care about your comfort while taking care of you. I never waited for more than 5 minutes in the waiting room, it took longer for my eyes to dilate. I chose to have my cataract surgery at Dr Dean's office. It was amazing how fast it was. During the procedure the staff made sure I was able to stay relaxed. After the procedure I have been amazed at how vibrant the colors are around me. I love being able to see so well. Every one at Eye Care Northeast work very well together and do a great job. From the front desk until your out the door, transferred back to your eye doctor.

I only waited maybe 2 minutes in the waiting room. Jocelyn is an awesome and very experienced tech. Dr. Capstick is the best. Very knowledgeable and patient. Answers any and all questions and gives a very thorough exam!!!!

Dean and the entire staff are both knowledgeable & professionals. The eye exam is quite intensive and you feel comfortable with the process and the communication. I have directed over 5 people to Dr Dean & will continue to do so

The waiting was the longest and I did not appreciate waiting that long. It was almost an hour before I got to see the eye doctor. Once I was in however it was a great experience I would say it's a five plus. I had Doctor Reasoner. I am so glad that I had him he made the experience truly worthwhile, and truly listened to me. Thank you for making the visit a good one.

I was seen immediately upon arrival. I was informed about each test and what they were testing for. I had the pleasure of dealing with Dr. Reasoner who was very professional and informative. I know that the doctors in this office are very busy,but Dr. Reasoner was very courteous and took the time to explain the results of my exam.

Dr.Dean as well as his staff are absolutely amazing!!

This practice is the absolute Best I have been to in CT. There is No comparison to all other ophthalmology practices I have been to. Many… Dr. Dean, techs like Amanda and surgical coordinator, Tia, are truly fantastic at what they do and are all very good hearted people. The staff upfront are also so very helpful warm, and kind.

I recommend this practice often. I hope they all know how so very deeply I appreciate them all.

The gentleman that did the exam before the doctor was excellent. Great personality and knowledgeable. The woman doctor was the same. Very thorough, explained everything, kind and gentle. Highly recommend this eyecare office.

Dr. Capstick's knowledge and "bed side manner" are outstanding. She takes the time to explain everything and answers all questions. She along with Courtney have the most pleasant and helpful attitudes with a caring demure that I have found in the health care industry!

Loved everyone there very professional friendly answered every question I had. I never felt rushed through the whole appointment.

The care is amazing from all aspects. The wait time between tests is not acceptable. My appointment was at 9:15 and after seeing two different techs and having to go to different waiting areas, I finally saw the doctor at 10:45. Plan to spend several hours when you go for your appointment.

Every one was very friendly and thorough. Dr.Reasoner was great, informative and genuinely friendly. He seems so young I'm glad I got to have him as my Dr. I hope I have him for years to come.

All of the staff are extremely experienced and professional. They were very thorough in their exam allowing me to feel confident in their recommendations. They clearly have the patient's best interests in mind.

Much quicker and efficient than previous years. Under 45 min instead of up to 1.5 hours. Every person was polite, pleasant and supportive.
