I was pleasantly surprised about this inn. Stayed there 2 nights for Thanksgiving. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Couldn't get an extra pillow the second night however, so that was not good. But it wasn't the concierge's fault since he was by himself and couldn't get access to one, but he did give us an extra blanket which folded up did the trick. The breakfast was good, fresh food. Make your own waffle! Only bad thing I can say is that the rooms could be better insulated. Lady next door to us was talking so loud on the phone that we could hear her. Late arrival on the other side and they were making a lot of noise and slamming doors. But overall, great. Again very pleasantly surprised. I would definitely stay there again.

Stayed here Easter weekend with my daughter and our two small dogs. The entire staff was super friendly and accommodating to all four of us. The facility was clean and spacious. Two added bonuses: 1) Beautiful grassy backyard to take the dogs for walks. 2) The location of the property is a minute or two from the the entrance to the highway.
We'll definitely be back.

This is a very nice hotel. Staff is friendly and courteous, room was spotless and modern with standard amenities provided. Complimentary breakfast was fresh and well presented. Beds were very comfortable. We'll certainly come back here.

We have stayed here before and will keep staying here. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are clean and comfortable. My granddaughter loved the pool. And I was given a wonderful discount on my room that I did not know existed. Receptionist told me about it!! Great customer service!

Such incredibly friendly service. Never write reviews for anything, but the people were so incredibly accommodating, nice, friendly, and did every single thing they could do to get everything we needed.

We don't really see a lot of incredibly friendly service in the North, but living in Connecticut, these are the nicest ever. Said hello any time they saw you, and tried to get everything we needed.

Spectacular free breakfast -- never had a free breakfast from a hotel before.

Overall only there for a total of 9 hours, but it was among one of the best hotel experiences, even for me, someone who only goes to the brand name 5 star resorts and hotels. Would recommend 12/10.

Great place to stay and a few minutes from restaurants, shopping centers, market, gas, and highway. Convenient location for my business trip, staff is great and breakfast is included with coffee available 24hrs in dining area and fresh cool citrus infused water in lobby. The room was great and comfortable.. definitely will stay here again next time I go to Dayville area. Full stars!

Great place. Easily found from the highway. C-breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and courteous. Super polite workers doing rooms and maintenance. Lofty ceilings in the first floor room I had, was kinda nice to have a big space in the King suite. Definitely would stay here again.

Place was clean, rooms were nice, beds were comfy, staff was friendly. Gym was small and left a bit to be desired, but the pool looked nice and the breakfast was sufficient!! Very good for the price!

Have stayed at this location several times it's clean and safe. Family in area. Sometimes a little noisey but tolerable. Close to many places and restaurants. Animal friendly makes it even better. Do to the virus they stopped the continental breakfast which isn't there're vault. Reasonable rates.

Stayed here with our two little ones, 2 1/2 and 4 month old. Room was clean, spacious and staff was polite and helpful. Overpriced? Really?? Not at all, it's budget friendly at a little over $100 a night. If that sounds overpriced you need a reality check.

Very friendly staff, lots of great amenities, and a great location right off the expressway between Putnam and Killingly. Big shopping center with lots of fast food restaurants only one highway exit away. Just an fyi, due to Covid, the free continental breakfast that is usually served at this hotel is not being served and only one group is allowed to use the hotel’s pool at a time.

The staff was so friendly, truly went above and beyond.

Price is high but everything was very nice and clean except for the carpet. It must be almost impossible to keep the carpet clean in a hotel. I wonder how the casinos do it?

It's been great!! We have been here almost a month because our house flooded . The employees have been fantastic! All of them have been very helpful especially my girl Lori! I would definitely recommend them!!!

Clean rooms, friendly staff, dog areas with provided clean up bags and a few things for your pet when you arrive. Nothing to complain about here
