Staff is always friendly helpful the 7-Eleven is always well stocked

Very cheap and most things are delicious

Overpriced and rude staff, Drive 2 minutes to anywhere else

This place is ALWAYS filthy. The guy working this morning was too bothered washing his hands in a bowl instead of a sink to use the register and told me to leave and refused service to me. Never going to this scathole ever again.

Staff needs to be trained to be helpful and courteous.

Zero customer service
Parked my car at pump 1 and asked for a prepay. The staff prepaid gas at pump 2 instead of 1. Before I could realize and try to fill gas at pump 2, the prepay expired. Also when I was at the counter, the staff did not bother to attend. Had to call out couple of times.

Card Security concern
After the first transaction cancelled, I tried 3 different cards inside the gas station and all of credit card companies blocked the cards temporarily as they suspected fraudulent transaction at the gas station. I am assuming based on some activity in the past, the cards might have tagged transaction at machine as fraudulent.

Best to stay away as there are better serving gas stations around the area.

The Indian guy that was working there would not let me use my 711 points from the app. I had $14 worth of free food. I didn't bring my phone so I used my phone number to bring up my account. He didn't want to apply the points and kept telling me I need to use my phone to use my points. I also bought 2 drinks that were on sale. He said he gave me $2 off. No he didn't! The $2 off is just the sale price and he tried to make it seem like he gave a free discount. Liar. I went to another 711 and tried the same thing. They were 10x more friendly and was able to apply my points without me having to use my app from the phone. This proves the guy was lying and wanted me to pay full price and didn't want to apply my points that I earned. Maybe the other staff is fine but the guy is not honest.

customer care need to learn manners. they need to understand them job to respect and help the customer not yelling
to them and disrespect them, I bought coffee it on sale any size for one dollar and she charge me regular price when I spoke to her she start yelling at me. I'm never gonna go the location any more

I had a Hit and Run in front the store. Unfortunately I was inside the store next door, this 7/11 had the video where cops could see which car did the damage to mine where I need to pay $1500 for someone else's mistake. It's been one full week, this guys never gave the video to the cops, they say that they don't know how to operate it so the cop needs to come when the manager is there. And the manager is hardly there in the store 1-2 hours in entire week maybe. Worst was, I wanted to speak to the manager for his help so that he could give the tape to the police, he was at the store, the helper guy said to me to call him after an hour. I did and a random lady picked up who hardly can speak English says he is not there he left. This kind of places and services tell you that ...Humanity is all gone!!

The Clerk Mohamed Ali, would not let me buy a lighter upon purchase. After showing ID, Mohamed chose to let off a few laugh after denying the purchase of a lighter. Unprofessional service 711.

Gas pumps will ask you for debit or credit. With no options to pick either. Tried multiple buttons and nothing.
