Beautiful flowers: orchids and succulents. Homedepot got many items for Halloween 🎃 decorations. Homedepot’s employees are very friendly when you need help with your requests that is totally different from Lowe’s where you can’t find the help!

First off I want to start by saying that if I could give more than five stars, I would in a heartbeat!!! These eight amazing people are so helpful, delightful , upbeat, genuinely kind and overall pleasant!!! They all took pride as if they had owned Home Depot corporation themselves. I hope the managers (all) including C suite, stockholders and corporate understand what a blessing it is to have these awesome employees on their team!!! They all are overdue for a dramatic raise and promotion ASAP!!! Home Depot should not only be so lucky but appreciative to have a team like this !!!! Everyone in customer service could not only benefit but overall succeed by having a chance to experience their work behavior!!! People in general could definitely learn from this outstanding group of people! As well as the general public !!! Thank you Aniyah, Lisa, Micheal, Ron, Sonja, Alejandra, Israel and Carroll! Nobody ever wants to give credit where credit is due, but credit is definitely do for this team !!!! Thank you Northlake Home Depot for making my shopping experience not only enjoyable but for making me feel like a friend and not just a customer!!!! 🙏

I wish I wad gotten the mans name. I REALLY needed a curtain machine screw for a project I was doing at work. I was there right at 6 AM last Tuesday. The man helped me instantly and saved me a bunch of time and a little money.

Don't try to rent a truck from there it's impossible the cashier had no idea how to rent me a truck and a manager was called the cashier told him that I wanted to rent a truck but he ignored me and walked away . Just unbelievable I had to go to U-Haul instead .

To the Customer Service team, and specifically Jeff. Today, my water line to my fridge failed. I came home from a 3 hour class at PBSC, to find my kitchen with a massive puddle.
After cleaning to the best of my ability, I needed to replace the line. Unfortunately, I have a mental health condition and when I am anxious I can be very hard to deal with.

The customer service team greeted me quickly, and wanted to ensure I reached the right rep for my problem. Jeff took over and absolutely saved the day. Not only did he help me with my replacement, but also reassured me throughout the process and maintained a wonderful attitude. I was genuinely impressed by the level of attention and speed while Jeff preformed the necessary tasks.

By the end of the interaction I knew I had: the correct replacement, my previous order with the failed part taken care of, given very useful information pertaining to how to move forward with the damages, and most importantly Jeff helped me leave the store calm, and even uplifted to go back to this disaster job. The part was replaced perfectly, and I couldn't have done this without the fantastic customer service team at this location!

Please, please recognize the impressive professionalism and above and beyond customer service Jeff went through for me today. I genuinely hope that Home Depot recognizes this team for their fantastic level of care.

Today we drove about 165 miles to place an export order with Home Depot at this location not knowing what to expect after have a horrible experience with Lowes in 2022. Martha the Pro Desk supervisor stated her export person had already left for the day, but she’ll try her best to help my husband and I… a few questions into the discussion she phones Carlos her export person to our surprised he picked up and was still in the store. Carlos had already called for his ride for his rental because he was leaving to go on his vacation and on his own time came to help Martha while he was waiting for his ride. Then from nowhere Melissa the Pro Account specialist appeared and took over the order on the computer while Carlos directed her. Carlos showed us just how much he loves his job and together with Melissa conquer every challenge they encounter with our order. Martha assisted them as much as she could. All three of them were just amazing in their professionalism, accommodating, competent, caring, empathetic just wonderful human beings. Home Depot should cherish them as they are a tremendous asset to their establishment. Carlos we can’t thank you enough for your selflessness in knowing you were off the clock and came to help us in our time of need. May you continue to be blessed by the one above for your kind heart. Melissa and Martha we thank you too with all our hearts and may you to be bless. All three of you deserves the employees of the month award, if we could of bestow it on you all we would. We hope Home Depot take good notes of this. Thanks again we will be forever grateful. 🙏🏾❤🙏🏾

I love Home Depot I go there every time. The paint options are vast. They have an amazing roof sealer I can mix with water based paint and works very well for my murals. It’s $60 for a 5 gallon bucket. Great prices. The staff is also amazing, always willing to help, I get all my wood and a lot of my materials from there.

Clean store, nice helpful staff. Took me 4 employees to get what I needed but they all found someone when they could not

We just had this best experience with Flo at the return counter. She is quick,kind and respectful. She actually looked over at the long line and said "we know you're here will be right with you"

I had the pleasure of meeting a lovely team member by the name of Bruno, that not only helped me with all my questions and product inquires, but did so with such professionalism, kindness and efficiency. I would recommend anyone at this location to ask for him if you want to walk out having a really pleasant experience at Home Depot. He is such a gentlemen and was extra patient with me.

They have everything you need for home projects or home maintenance. There are always things you will find that you didn't even know you needed. It's like grocery shopping on an empty stomach

I bought some christmas items for outdoor's and cleaning products .Very affortable prices.

Just picked up our Christmas tree. Best selection and price. Staff was extremely helpful and went the extra mile and put the stand on the tree perfectly!!!

I was only at the garden shop today. They had tons of carts which you can never find at Lowe's. The plants looked super healthy and colorful with a great selection. The staff was accommodating. There is a lot of parking here and most of it is shady which I love.

Excellent, very helpful staff is a big plus here.
