I had the most wonderful experience creating my dream wedding invitations here! ❤ Heidi and Kerrianne were so patient when I was indecisive, especially when I had to choose between all the beautiful paper! I felt well educated by them and felt like they took the time to REALLY understand me and my vision! Tearing up now thinking about how much I loved this experience!

Kerrianne made my purchase of personalized notecards at Stationery Loft an impressive experience. Kerrianne professionally designed and quickly produced seven different orders then, with help from Nellie, packaged them. From entrance to exit was less than one hour. Friendly employees, efficient service, quality merchandise. I’m a devoted fan.

Heidi is absolutely the best to work with! My invitations came out wonderful and Heidi did all she could to make it possible! She will go out of her way to get things done and anything it takes to have them done right!

As for the person who posted a one star, incorrect spelling is on the client, especially if it's in Spanish. Heidi clearly states all needs to be proofread and makes you sign on it that you have actually seen the proof and accept it. And to me your experience sounds like it had to do with your rush. If you want rush shipping, its available, that is if you are not making some crazy invitation.

Aside from the invites, Heidi has a great shop with a lot of cute items, even for men. And a beautiful wedding venue on the second floor! Definitely worth your time to stop by and an absolute sweetheart and overall great person to work with! Thanks Heidi for everything!

I love Heidi and her team. They are always so helpful and are very knowledgeable about the products they have in store - even though they have a very large selection of upscale merchandise. Stationery Loft & Gift Boutique is a very charming little shop in Downtown Lakeland Florida. Very creative with the window display and the design invites you in. You will find all your stationary items and accessories. And a few gift ideas as well.

Heidi, Carian, and the entire team at the Stationary loft are amazing! I went to them as I was looking for a local vendor to do my wedding invitations and they have printed everything for my life and business ever since! They work with me on design and timeline, which is not always an easy task! If you were looking for a local small business for all your Printing needs, look no further you found them!

Seriously amazing!! We really could not have asked for a better experience or result with our wedding stationery! Heidi was so great to work with and is truly such an expert in everything stationery related. When we first started our wedding planning process, we couldn’t find any invitation suites that we particularly loved on various invitation sites. Then, a family friend who had also used Stationery Loft for their wedding recommended them to us. Heidi helped us design every piece of our wedding stationery and was able to customize everythinggg for us (including a special script font! :D). It was so much fun working on the different designs in the shop and getting to see all the various examples of invitations and print/paper types, along with ideas of other stationery items to choose from.

Our invitations turned out so beautiful and the amount of compliments that we received from our guests was outstanding. But, our wedding was unfortunately one of the many that had to be rescheduled (two additional times) due to the pandemic, so for the next go round of invitations, Heidi was amazing and designed a digital version of our wedding invitation that we could email to our guests.

Outside of the invitation suite, we also designed with Heidi a variety of stationery items like: hotel guest welcome bag inserts, ceremony programs, dinner menus, signage, personalized napkins and coasters, and two custom monograms (pre wedding items had our 2 initials, and then a post ceremony monogram with our 2 initials and last name)! My (now) husband and I currently live in Italy and also had our wedding here, and Heidi made it so easy to work with her even in different time zones! When I was in town and able to come to the store my mom, mother-in law, and I would come in to work on the designs. But when I was in Italy it was so easy to work together through either email or FaceTime!

All in all, I cannot recommend the Stationery Loft enough! Stationery is a huge component of a wedding, and as someone who absolutely loves details and personalization/customization, SL could not have been more perfect for bringing our dream wedding vision to life! Thank you so much for all of your help and guidance Heidi!!

I absolutely love this store! I don’t find many stationary stores these days, but this one was a true treasure and Heidi was very nice and helpful. She took her time to explain a few items I asked her about.

Unfortunately, while I was in the store a rude lady came in and was yelling at her because she wanted her used mask fixed. I can never understand how people can be so demanding and rude especially to those who are providing a customer service.

Thank you Heidi for helping me! I found a very unique fountain pen and the perfect notebook for my study notes!

We used Stationery Loft for the invitations, programs, napkins and escort cards for my daughter's wedding and was very pleased. I enjoyed the personalized service and the quality of the stationery was outstanding. There was an issue with the invitations but Heidi and her staff worked diligently to remedy the situation and even stuffed and mailed them for us to make up for the lost time. The downtown Lakeland location was quaint and convenient.

I went to Heidi at stationary loft for wedding invitations. I had no idea about anything regarding my wedding, I just knew when and where. Heidi walked me through the process of picking out invitations and then out of kindness and helpfulness talked me through the whole rest of all my ideas for my wedding. If I hadn't gone to Heidi my wedding would not be shaping up as beautifully as it is, I believe. She was very helpful.

Hedi and her team are fantastic! With her help, I was able to add the perfect amount of detail and elegant touch to our wedding. Her creativity and ability to produce exactly what I am thinking is amazing! Work with them! You will not be disappointed.

I found this great stationary shop during my lunch break. They carry several unique, fun, and traditional items. Very pleasant staff, great atmosphere at very good prices.

Here are my instructions for nailing every birthday for the important people in my lives:

1) forget about their birthday until the day before
2) panic and see what I can get on Amazon prime
3) type in things like "cheap birthday for coworker" and look at decorative clocks that are outside my budget
4) get defeated and wander downtown for a while
5) walk into Stationery Loft and mumble a few things about the person to anyone who works there
6) walk out 5 minutes later with the perfect gift in hand
7) repeat every 365 days
