The pharmacy staff is very helpful, great people

I find the staff in the pharmacy to be fast and efficient. They communicate clearly and are always polite. I look forward to getting my vaccine for Covid 19 at Walgreens.

Poorly stocked, poorly run, poor customer service. Avoid.

The pharmacy personnel is clearly “over” their jobs! They are rude, do not make eye contact and you never know which direction they prefer you to take. I went in today for a ‘walk in’ covid vaccine and the confusion, delays and again, rudeness was staggering. Nobody acknowledges that you are in the correct line or what is coming next. A very old individual needed a chair to sit in - I had already given mine up to another elderly individual. When an older individual requested a chair for a man about to fall over the staff indicated to people standing in line to ‘just to get another chair for him’. I couldn’t even figure out what one of the young girls was even doing behind the counter! Why didn’t she come out and bring a chair to the gentleman rather than ask patrons to do it - Just RUDE! Unless I have NO other choices I will not go to this Walgreens again.

The cashier with a lip piercing was really rude and yelled at me for holding something I was purchasing. Very bad customer service and seemed very unhappy to even be working.

One of the worst Walgreens you’ll ever visit. One of the slowest pharmacies you’ll ever interact with. Don’t go here. Go to Pharmacy Northshire instead.

Their pharmacy never has any meds available on time.

Bought some OTC and some chips. Tried to check out at the pharmacy, but she said she was helping other people right now. No one else was standing there and people there should take precedence over drive through or at least ask if I would like to wait.

Wallgreens has terrible customer service. The company's website is unusable, try and schedule a covid shot.
No one will answer the phone there. Wallgreens should go under and do the country a favor.

CVS on the other hand is great. EZ scheduling on the website. The store even answers the phone. I urge folks to avoid wallgreens and patronize CVS.

There was along waiting line in the Manchester VT location. I waited over thirty minutes to pick up my NIT just to find out they did not accept/process credit cards due to their system failure but only cash on the spot. because o social distancing we could not hear the cause o f delay but only when we got to the counter. They could post a sign informing us to go get cash instead of waiting thirty minutes to find out but of course that requires brains and consideration...

The Manchester, VT website says that this store is open until 9:00pm all nights but Sunday. I arrived here at 7:10pm and was told the Pharmacy closed at 7:00pm. I have driven 25 miles to get here. I have an infection and needed to pick up a new medication ordered by the doctor this afternoon. All this is a big deal for me, I was treated as though I caused the situation. Staff development training is in order at all levels of the organization as far as I can see.

Absolutely awful here! The pharmacy is the worst I have ever seen due to constant technical difficulties! Go elsewhere for your needs, the place is a waste of time!

Be prepared to wait days for a prescription. Or. Be prepared to wait in line behind at least 6-10 ppl in front of you. I placed a script yesterday, said it was ready...went to pick it up and they didn’t even have it!!!!! Awful. I rather go to the DMV
