Euclid location is FAR superior to steel yard. Staff are friendly and helpful and it doesn't feel like walking through a visitor line at a prison.

Never disappointed me yet compared to lowes for any of my construction needs. Even helped me source an electrician for my house rewire.

Love this place great people great service. Every time I go when I need something I turn around and there they go. It's almost like they watching if I'm there to steal lol.

This place has always been a favorite of mine I go there just to price things I go there just to walk up down and look at the refrigerators and stoves and you know just to see what I can get into while I'm there just by looking I like doing that The only thing that I don't like is the fact that if you need help it's hard to find but if you need a drill no problem go check it out

No more self check out the theft is through the roof, other then that these guys are very friendly.

Daniel V. in hot water tank area was the most helpful rep we’ve ever encountered at Home Depot. He was thorough and explaining the different options of the hot water tanks and assisted us with purchasing the last one in stock for the day. He answered all her questions and was extremely helpful and took his time in making sure we understood everything. You don’t find customer service like this anymore and I’m so thankful that he was there to help us.

There is actually people working the aisles. There is actually a person at the register that knows what they're doing. At customer service they can answer your questions. What more can you ask for.

Home Depot employees helped retrieve large amounts of lumber and helped load the lumber into my truck. The cashiers are quick and accurate. The shelf’s are fronted well.

Quick in and out. Me and my son we use the self checkout and that was fast too 👍🏾. This morning the lines were long and all the self checkout was closed for some reason. It would have been much better if the self checkout were open

BUT, there is one person which makes this the go-to place for me, Sam the customer service supervisor. She is in my top 3 of customer service people ever, always calm, competent, and helpful. I was there for a problem with my tile shipment and she went above and beyond to solve the issue, even while madness happened around her (crazy people yelling questions, curbside pick-up, directing coworkers to their spots, all while on the computer working 3 different systems for me).

These days, it's so important to feel in good hands when you have an issue you can't solve yourself and Sam does exactly that. As long as she's there, I will always be a loyal customer. Who ever made her the supervisor did a great job because she does an even better one!

I was looking for some duct tape that I could use for attaching 2 planets together in a faraway star system. Nathan directed me to the Gorilla Tape that was once used in a Godzilla rerun. I'm cool. Thank you Nathan. Tape man extraordinaire.

I not only enjoy the customer service. I really enjoy the fair prices and the availability of materials. The Pro-Desk is awesome for small contractors like myself! Very helpful and get me the best deals they can!

The sales associates I interacted with today were super helpful! They proactively asked me if I needed help finding anything, directed me right to what I needed, got me a cart and cut the lumber as requested. I was in and out quickly with exactly what I needed.

Was great alot faster when they have employees directing check outs apposed to finding the right register that either takes cash or cards/ visa Master card so on and so forth. I think I will do a big switch in HOME DEPOT STORES
