(5) Stars? No Questions here my friends. The exchange down at the steel yard commons is the place to go these days. Whether your buying, selling or just looking around, I almost guarantee you a good time. The store is cool people, Point, Blank Period. If you think all they have and deal with is movies and music, you have another think coming. Check out a few of my photos I'm getting ready to Post and you may be taken by surprise. Did I mention the staff? Forgive me, every single one of them male and female are helpful, patient, kind, respectful, caring, nice and they will work with ya in more ways than one. This past week, I personally have went there a total of three times to look around and conduct a little business persay. For some odd reason, when I leave there store, I actually feel a tad bit happier than I did when I first walked in there. Great Prices, Great People and a freaking Wide Variety of merchandise both new and used. I would honestly think there is a little something there for each and every one of us. So, what are you waiting for my friends? Let's all rent out a huge U-Haul truck and we can all car pull down to The Exchange pretty much next door to target down in the Steel Yard Commons. Tidy, organized, plenty of variety to choose from whether your looking for music memorabilia, collectibles, video games, movies, etc... they got it all. I like chilling in from time to time to see what new things are on the shelves

It's a good spot to go to but you have to spend your money wisely

I love the customer service and just looking at everything I like it would buy for someone else. Get great store credit and love looking for new games to play it gift. Never know what you will find at The Exchange.

Very pleasant shopping experience. Employees were very knowledgeable and went out of their way to help. There were a few games and dvds I wanted but weren’t in stock so they looked the items up in their system and told me what locations had what I was looking for. Great customer service will definitely be back!

Went to get a gift for my son for Christmas and his birthday signed up for a exchange card and since it was his birthday month got a nice percentage off and they had what we were looking for. Employees really nice and knowledgeable and the prices there are usually more reasonable than the other video game stores.

My son and I enjoy going here to see what they have in there stock. Plus my son sold his old Nintendo switch and some games to them. So yes we really like their customer service and their items that they have for sell...

My first time today, turning in games and making a purchase. Love, love, love this place. Love the atmosphere. The staff was very friendly, patient, kind, and as well as knowledgeable about a lot of the game products. The manager of the store took care of us today and gave us a great deal on our game exchange. I like them much better than Game stop, I can't wait to return there. I recommend this store to anyone. Great customer service! Very good selection for fans of comics, toys, video games, movies, and music. Treasures to find if you just have the time.

I love going to the place to buy games, movies DVDs they literally have everything for way cheaper and they have great deals

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, answering any questions I had. The store was clean with a huge selection of various media and merchandise, including Blu-Ray, Funko Pop, action figures, vinyl, consoles, magnets, and other items. I liked going to the one on Coventry (Cleveland Heights), which is owned by the same family that owns this Steelyard location. I've never had a bad experience when visiting. This is my new favorite store, especially since it is closer to home.

I always love The Exchange and have been to several locations. This one in particular had some pretty cool stuff including some HTF Funco Pops, music, and older video games. You never know what you're gonna find. I always recommend taking a look, especially if you enjoy pop culture nostalgia from the 1990's on.

Visited Great Cuts. I forgot the hairdresser's name, but goes by "T." Great attitude, service, great cut and advice on hair products. Amazing price. Will return there.

I can't say enough great things about this Exchange location! Not only do they have great selection and prices on used games, movies, and collectibles, but they also have enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and helpful employees that make it an awesome shopping experience. My 4-year old daughter is super into Power Rangers, and the employees spent time with her showing her were the Power Rangers movies and toys were. Whenever I have friends visiting in town, I take them to the Exchange and they're always happy we made the trip. I have a GameStop right by my house, but I always make the 20+ minute drive to go to this Exchange instead!

This place is freaking awesome. If theres anything geek/pop culture related that you can't easily find in any other store around, this would be the first place I'd recommend you look. Rows of old and new movies, video games, toys and figures, music (including vinyl), even comic books. The employees there are great and helpful (and actually seem like they like working there), and walking into this store is always an exercise of "what cool, random thing did I miss last time I was here that I'd sell a kidney to get?"(though prices are pretty reasonable). Only real complaint is the locale; its not in a very convenient distance from my home, but cinsidering there now IS one I can get to by Uber or at least bus, I'll gladly take it!
