TrueSleep Mattress Store Lake Orion

I had a very positive experience shopping here unlike another place I had gone to where the salesman wouldn’t stop talking. I actually visited 2 locations to try out their helix mattresses before making my final decision. Not only were the sales people I worked with kind, but also knowledgeable. I felt comfortable making a purchase here that was educated and what I wanted. Thank you for having the helix mattresses to test and making the experience an enjoyable one.

I purchased an MLILY Mprove mattress from Chuck Juliet. He was responsive to my needs and readily enlisted the help of Nick when needing support regarding the benefits of specific mattresses. Chuck provided the necessary information and allowed the time necessary to make a decision regarding the purchase. He was friendly, very likable, yet professional throughout the sale and adamant about customer satisfaction. Delivery was fast and efficient. The individuals who delivered the new mattress and removed the old mattress were respectful and efficient. I highly recommend doing business with this store and with Chuck.

Recently Bought a queen size Dream Cloud mattress for my son. He absolutely loves it. Nick let him try just about every bed in the store. I highly recommend Truesleep and the salesman Nick. He went out of his way to make sure my kid got what he needed (and wanted). Of course we left Pure Care sheets to match his new bed. 😁

John is amazing!! I love that when I have questions I can come into the store and work with a friendly staff member. John is not only knowledgeable about mattresses, but I dare to say an expert in all things sleep related. Thank you John for all of your help and expertise.

Before I came to TrueSleep, I was nervous about picking out a new bed. I'm a bit indecisive. Paul made this a much better experience. Helped me pick the best one for me, but also gave me time by myself to really test them out. I'd felt some pressure from other stores. I also got a great deal!

PAUL WAS AMAZING! We honestly were nervous about stopping in. We didn't want to be shadowed by salesmen. We walked in Paul dropped what he was doing to introduce himself and was very professional. He educated us on what bed was right for us and maximized our savings. My partner and I will definitely be back to purchase more mattresses.

My fiancé and I went in to look for our first mattress, and Paul was such a huge help in making this first experience for us very easy. Paul gave us a great overview of the different types of Mattresses and what they offer and he was very knowledgeable about them as well. He showed us different types of Mattresses and gave us time to lay on them to see how they feel. He didn’t pressure us at all to buy that day too. Overall Paul was very relatable and we left knowing what to look for in a mattress.

I have had back pain for a few years due to what I believe to be my matress and so I finally decided to go shop for a new one. Steve and Marni managed to help me find a matress that reduced that pain significantly and I could not be happier!

Great experience at True Sleep in Lake Orion from Rick Debolt. Rick took the time to explain the science behind the need for body support when looking for the right mattress. There was not your typical high pressured sales pitch you normally encounter. Very professional. I would highly recommend this business

This mattress store has everything. Number beds, all foam beds, Hybrids. I was very impressed. Tim Epperly did an awesome job explaining all of the options that are available.
