Christie, the manager, Ken and all who helped me there were amazing!! I had ordered wood flooring which only 3 boxes showed up and I had installation scheduled. Christie and her team went above and beyond to help me find good replacement so that I could get my flooring installed. The pattern I wound up with looks beautiful and I have had many compliments on it. I couldn't have done it without their help. They all were phenomenal at doing their jobs and keeping this customer happy. Thank you so much! I will be coming back there again for more home improvement. They are the best! Thank you!!

Rob from Home Depot’s lumber department in Lake Orion was an absolute lifesaver! His expertise and dedication to customer service made my visit amazing. Purchased paint today Tommy that assisted me went above and beyond to be helpful even answered some carpet questions for me,in the past I had some horrid experiences at H.D he more than made up for that I definitely know which location I'll be spending my money at .Managers hopefully you can buy him lunch do something nice he's def. a good representation of model employee.

Really good visit, nice and quick. Stepped in the door and an employee immediately asked me what I was looking for. I needed some garage door track lubricant. They walked me right to the item I was looking for. Cashier was really quick, and I was on my way in no time. Thank you for the great service.

They had what I came for. It's a bit farther away than the other nearby home depot, but they had a better selection of flowers that day.

I had an issue with an online order where I purchased 2 items and 1 came with just the packaging not the item. Ken in customer service quickly solved the problem and helped me get on with my day. Thank you Ken!

My dad and I went to pick up some supplies for a home renovation project and all of the staff members were so helpful and approachable. We were greeted immediately and every aisle we stopped in had someone willing to give advice or help us find what we needed.

As always, I get sidetracked because there's so many things to check out. I have a long list of stuff I need/want, and this place has most of it. It's always fully stocked, clean, and associates are around every corner asking if they can help you. A great home improvement, diy, landscaping, place to make your list of important things to do, and tools to buy, a reality

Kevin and Austin were AMAZING help!! These young men went out of their way to help us. They are an asset to this Lake Orion store and the the consumers of Lake Orion. Thanks for getting our freezer out so fast for us.

Another place that I recommend going to a natural local Home Depot store in Lake Orion Michigan. The staff there are awesome they’ll help you help you out no matter white small projects, big projects whatever you need, you can go to your local Home Depot store and find what you’re looking for or if you can’t find it there will be a staff member there helping you look for what you need to find so if I were you I would definitely recommend Home Depot in Lake Orion Michigan

This outlet is a little better at times with helping you locate a product. None of the Home Depot stores have knowledgeable people manning the plumbing, tools, electrical departments anymore. SAD.

They had a great stock of snow salt. And customer service was very friendly adding up the order.

We needed a washer and dryer. Ellyn is awesome to work with ti find the right one. She asked all the right questions to help us narrow down to the ones we wanted. She was so knowledgeable. She explained everything and shared great tips and info. After going to three different stores to look at appliances, this was the best deal and service.
Also, Christine (hope I spelled it right), the appliance manager, was awesome when I had question at delivery. She helped to resolved things immediately and brought solutions to the table. She called back promptly and was pleasant the whole time.

Edit: After this post, everything went downhill. Since said manager above advised me to refuse both items if any issues, I had refused the dryer which meant the washer was refused as well. Everyone was pointing at someone else for responsibility (manufacturer, Home Depot, delivery, etc.). Finally got the DRYER reordered by Home Depot manager but washer never ordered and so no one had record of it being ordered. The original one was “lost”. Home Depot said it was in the warehouse, warehouse said they didn’t have it (are at least that is what they thought), delivery people said they would deliver it and then decided not to because they can’t split orders. So here is is a MONTH later and I just got my dryer (split order because no washer but they will do it when it is in their favor) but still waiting on my washer. And all Home Depot customer service supervisor could say was he would “escalate” my concerns but he probably wouldn’t hear back for days and that he was then off for two days so I may or may not hear back from him. Never heard back from the warehouse owner who was going to look for my washer. And the Home Depot reps are either super nice or super mean but without any set solution from any of them.

I generally find exactly what I'm looking for here. I think their prices are pretty fair, they are usually well stocked and the staff is friendly and willing to help. The store is always clean and is kept up nicely. They have good deals on area rugs. I can always find one I like.

Austin & Jennifer saved our weekend project from coming to a halt by helping us think outside of the box to problem solve some brace pins we couldn't find at any other store; we would've needed to order them on-line & wait 4 days for them to arrive but these 2 wonder associates saved the day! Major accolades 😊 and many thanks.

I deal with a ton of Home Depots for work and this is my favorite store. Fortunately this is also my go to store near home. This location is always well stocked and organized. Lately I've notice a lot of stores with their small parts and fittings mixed and hard to find. I can always find what I need right where it should be in this store. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

They have a great selection in the store. I love their app and the 'pickup' service they have- it's always been a pleasant experience! The staff are also very friendly. One time when I was at the store, I had a bunch of associates come and ask me if I needed help or had any questions.

Always clean and well organized. You will find what you need and beyond that. You have the project idea and they will provide the best of the best of what will get the idea into real.
There are always someone willing to help you and suggest an alternative or a better tool.
