Becky in floral is amazing and went above and beyond to help me out today for an occasion for a friend. Truly made me feel special and saved the day. Kroger floral has our business for life.

Kroger floral department designed bouquets for my wedding. They were beautiful! Becky assembled them with only directions given over the phone and she did an amazing job! She was also very helpful and provided great customer service. Quality of flowers was at the same level as a fancy florist with much more affordable prices. Highly recommend!

Very helpful staff ! I lost my debit card while shopping they got it back to me later that day and held my order, very nice manager woman !

I usually shop at meijer since it's 10 minutes closer to my house, but everytime I went there for fruits there was almost always mold and never fresh. Today I drove to the extra miles to kroger and got fresh fruit and I didn't have to pick through a bunch to find one without mold AND they had my favorite laundry detergent in stock which meijer never does. I will definitely be coming here more often.

The employees here are friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and well stocked when I shop here. Also, their can/bottle return machines always seem to work well for me. It really bugs me when other stores don't keep their machines in good working order.

Sunday afternoon was very busy, but the trip went smooth. Not to mention we returned $150 dollars worth of returnables in the bottle room and had an employee of Kroger's named Rick help is dump the cans into carts. Very happy with this store and service was very friendly. 👍

My sister and I went to 5 different stores in search of the perfect cake that was only to be found at Kroger. They absolutely understood the assignment! Everything is PERFECT

Love your Baldwin store.. the nicest people. The guy in the deli I think his name is John is always friendly, helpful, patient and polite with a friendly smile..I look forward to shopping with him.

As always, a wonderful experience. I needed help several times in various departments and it showed up. Usually in the form of a nice man named Gene. Service was great a every turn from milk meat to produce.

Good store. Prices are competitive and it's not as walky as Meijer. I like the placement when I'm just there for beverages like soda, juice or beer. Pretty good meat but you gotta watch it for sales.

The reconfigured store is clean and the updated produce, meat, and specialty area is very convenient. They have an outstanding selection of organic and whole foods as well. Easy parking and access.

Had to go back to the store to return a product of kroger pop thought it was a dollar off was not Mary the office manager should be regional manager for Kroger she expedited this process you should give supervisor Triple Merit Raise SHE IS A

I find most everything I need at my Kroger and many of their household items, toiletries, beauty items and otc meds & vitamins are much less expensive than elsewhere even Kmart. One store sold a large bottle of saline spray for 7:29 and Kroger had the same exact size for 3.49!

For some reason it was very busy this morning but it was deffentaly fresh fruits and veggies just off the truck had to wait a bit longer than would have liked but it's all worth it

Leah at the Courtesy Desk was extremely helpful and friendly! We appreciated the excellent service. :)

My GF had to pee really bad so we pulled in. She said she almost didn't make it but she did and felt like she arrived in Nirvana. She got us bed cake on the way out too. Win for both of us.
