AT&T Store

Verizon service in this area has been horrible so I stopped in the store right before the holidays to get my business account transferred over. Briana went above and beyond in helping us get everything transferred over, despite some issues with the initial registration of the account.

They even turned on the football game while I was waiting. :)

Excellent store and great help. They were very knowledgeable and helped me switch over. The manager came to thank us for the business and was very adamant on helping with what ever we needed. Switched from Verizon and so far it's great. I will definitely recommend this location to friends. Amazing deal as well.

Carla is amazing! She was so kind and friendly. My family and I came in just before closing time and she helped us with what we needed and was so patient. I would definitely work with her again.

Came in looking for a different internet provider from Xfinity. Mitre explained what ATT has to offer is not the greatest speeds but since it's no contract that I can try it out and cancel at anytime if I'm not happy with the speeds. The transparency from him is why he gets 5 stars.

We had such a simple, speedy, and friendly experience yesterday at the Oxford store. WOW! We had a LOT of changes to make (7 new phones/upgrades, and three line transfers) and they did it all with a smile. We had a main rep that worked with us, but the other two staffers continued to pop over to support us too. It was awesome! Got through all those changes and upgrades within a little over an hour. I'll be keeping this location as my primary store!! Thank you William, Jordan, and Mitre!

Becca is the best customer service rep I’ve had ever. She had to combine two of my accounts, change one over to first net, and help my husband get a new phone all in store. She did so with patience, full knowledge and panache.

A rude customer came in and tried to bully Becca while she was working with us and Becca handled it with empathy and patience while also not letting the customer abuse her verbally.

I would recommend her to everyone, she is a shining star and AT&T should train all employees in her likeness.

Kari was very knowledgeable about phones and plans, he gave great customer service. Miranda was a great help too, very patient and kind. Kelsey was amazing and very helpful in getting my old phone switched over! All staff was friendly and great with our 2 young kids in store. Thanks for the help.

These guys were awesome! I spent all day on the phone with AT&T support, and they could not help me. Came into the Lake Orion store, and they had it figured out in minutes!
