Staff is extremely friendly. We had a minor medical emergency there and they were beyond kind and helpful. I feel bad that I didn't get the name of the manager on duty because he couldn't have been nicer. All the staff really was wonderful.
The bathrooms are clean, large selection of pre-made and to-order food, and even the food they make to order is fast and very good. Great place for a pit stop.

Lots of parking. The employee's are very nice. Helped my daughter with placing her order on the computer. The lady was very patient and sweet about it, even though she had a lot to do, she stopped for a second to lend a hand. I really appreciated that. The food was hot and we only wanted about 5 minutes. We had a great experience.

Convenient location right off I-95.

Plenty of stations as well.

The store is well managed and clean. They have many self check out stations too.

The bathrooms were clean and had many stalls available.

I would definitely make this a regular gas and bathroom stop when traveling along I-95

I love Sheetz. I love that I can shop the store by using a drive up. I am handicapped and this company makes my life easier. People are great. Super friendly and helpful!

My girlfriend and I are big fans of the Sheetz franchise. So we were ECSTATIC to hear about the new Hope Mills location. We made a late night (3 a.m) trip and were blown away. It felt like stepping into a whole different plane of existence. Everything you could possibly think of no matter how niche. We didn't have time to try the self checkout coffee or the milkshake machine OR the slushies. Rest assured, we will return with friends in tow.

I arrived at this Sheetz at approximately 3:45 am to a full, well lit parking lot. Upon entry I was shocked by the vastness and overall positive atmosphere. They have everything ones heart could desire which is sold legally in NC(however I didn’t check behind the store). I was greeted by an employee as I walked in and immediately felt at home. When perusing the energy drink section I noticed some obscure selections such as dragon ball z themed g fuel and the elusive nitro monster. For all the emo kids out there they had canned warped your monster water. The kitchen was still fully functional at this time and I wish I had stopped to make an impression but trust and believe I will be returning to sample the rest of the wares this sheets has to offer including the milkshake machine, self serve coffee, slushies, and so much more.

Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service is Rare nowadays. But thus location has them BOTH. Keep up the Outstanding Work. The Employees seem very happy to be here 👍🏽

2-16-2024. So excited Sheetz is now in Hope Mills. The Grand Opening is awesome with fun prizes and awesome prices. Drinks are FREE today. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My Shwings and Curly Fryz are Delicious....5 Stars for Sheetz
