As soon as we walked in we were greeted by an associate. She was so friendly and welcoming. She explained what the place is all about (olive oil, vinegar, and spices). They have such a nice variety of flavors and do tastings in small disposable plastic cups so you can try before you buy. The bottles are very reasonably priced. Would definitely come back and recommend

Loved trying the different vinegars. The staff working was very kind and accommodating.. even made recommendations. The white peach balsamic was my absolute favorite. This place makes great gifts for friends who enjoy the craft of cooking.

Wonderful store. Helpful, friendly staff. Sampling is fun and I always leave with more than I intended to buy. Unique vinegars, olive oils and salts. I love that you can save your bottles and they refill them. Wonderful gift ideas. Definitely worth a stop in.

Very good store. Lots of options. Service was excellent. Prices are very reasonable and inexpensive. The option to try all the different olive oil and balsamic vinegar is an added bonus. I recommended coming here for anyone who is cruising around Burlington. Very good options for gifts as well.

Recently stumbled upon this nice store. Staff was very helpful, welcoming and friendly. Assisted us in selecting 5 sets of gifts and a few more for ourselves. Taste tested a few different oils & vinegars. Tasted and smelled delicious, can't wait to get home and give out these delicious gifts to our friends.

There's no way to walk in here and not find some new flavor you love. The oils are delicious but I can't get enough of the amazing vinegar selection. Bring your bottle back for a discount. Staff is always super friendly and helpful.

Went in honestly just to look around while going up the market on Church St. Chad helped us find a balsamic vinegar that would go with meals we really enjoy! Ended up getting two when I didn’t even have any plans on getting any! The customer service was amazing, and their products are delicious!

You have to love their balsamic vinegar products and customer service. We have used their products for years during our many visits to Saratoga Springs. With COVID I have been forced to order online to maintain our supply of balsamic vinegars. Well, I screwed up my online order & customer service quickly set things right. Thank you !

I remember when this store first opened up in 2014, my friends and I would use this salt on everything. We often would bring it to our cafeteria to spice up our meals. Coming back to Burlington having this salt is a trip down nostalgia lane (misty eyed). This is best the salt in the game

I went in their store yesterday. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. When I got home (in MA) I realized the oil I had did not look correct. When I called the store Chad (one of the owners) explained the one I had was next to the one I wanted. He was extremely pleasant and helped get me the oil I had originally wanted. He also took the time to explain how to use the oil I had purchased in error. I will be back. Such excellent service and the knowledge of what oils are used with what as well as how to use them is worth the trip alone! Thank you Chad for the service! I can't wait to use my Olive Oils!

Seriously, wow! If you enjoy good olive oil you must visit this place. There's a good two dozen specialty oils they offer, infused with everything from citrus to chipotle. There's bite-sized French bread and tasters cups for dipping. You have to try everything and it's hard to pick your favourite, but you'll walk away with something good.

I am not one much for the olive oil, the salts were much more my speed. The applewood smoke has been a compliment to almost every meal I have had for the last year. so many to choose from and all are great.

A super fun shop, you can taste the different oils and vinegars with the good bread they put out all around the shop. Their products are creative and more importantly, delicious! High-quality ingredients.

Lovely selection of exotic olive oil and vinegars. They let you try staples which is great. They are expensive but so delicious. The 18 year balsamic and the Tuscan herb olive oil are recommended

So how can a place make it by selling olive oil and balsamic? What do I look like, a McKinsey consultant? But the oil is fresh; you can smell it and taste it. The balsamics are tasty. Go for it; I did.

A great place for everything olive oil and vinegar. The place is called Saratoga Olive Oil Co but half the store is olive oil and half the store is vinegar. They also have spicy olive oil and maple syrup olive oil. Definitely recommend.
