very nice and clean store. Lots of stuff to do the job. We have all sizes of work pants and jackets. large and clean fitting rooms. Attentive and experienced staff. convenient location. I advise everyone to visit this store, look and see for yourself.

Even though I arrived 10 Min prior to closing staff were still accommodating. Answered questions and looked for Merchandise I requested with a smile. Do not look over the woman’s section in the next room. Which I must say was visually pleasing, they didn’t say anything when I tried on some unique pieces I had to try on ( interrupting up their display)…. My apologies had to. Coming back soon!

Aubrey is by far a key component to this location! Very knowledgeable about all of the material being sold and her advice has me properly equipped for my work day. I definitely enjoyed my time being there and ended up purchasing more than I thought I would because of it! 100 out of 5 stars!

Great selection of goods and if they have an item but not in your size they will order it for you on the spot and even ship it to you to prevent you from having to come back and pick it up from the store . Extremely helpful staff! They were pleasant and upbeat, eager to assist anyway they could without being pushy or making you feel uncomfortable.

Great experience today! Had a complicated return of an item. Lou was the man! He handled the entire transaction and return. If you are a Carhartt fan go to this store.

This store is great! I arrived with 11 teenagers and Andrew, Mike and Don were organized, efficient and accommodating. We had a great time and got the merchandise we needed. The products are great quality and the students plan to return.

First time ever in Carhart, and the staff, managers all were so attentive. I had so many questions, and request. They were able to answer, or get the answers to all of them. They went into the back, to check stock, got me what I needed. So really helpful, spent $500 and I’ll Ben back again. Which is crazy, bc I live in Philly, but worth the drive. Support Brick and Mordor Jobs.

Very nice store. Staff is very friendly and takes the time to help you find exactly what you’re looking for. The staff really go above and beyond here.

Went to visit last week and the sweet girl named ally showed me the best customer service I have ever seen in my life. They had nothing in my size in store but because of Ally I will definitely be returning soon!

This store has the best customer service I have ever received in my life. My first shop in there the manager happily helped me online order a pair of pants I had found in store that weren’t available in my size . Second shop in , I arrived outside the store in a downpour & was getting my baby out of the car and a manager named Michael came out with an umbrella to keep my baby from getting down poured on! It was absolutely unbelievable ! Making my return from my online shopping was so easy and fast too. This place had great staff 10/10 🤓

This Cherry Hill, NJ location is absolutely awesome! I shop here often. More importantly I’d like to add that there is an “Extremely Helpful and Knowledgeable” young lady working there named “Celia”. She has helped me several times. Each time I’ve shopped at this location and “Celia” is there she’s gone out of her way to help me. I’ve also observed her helping other's with the same enthusiasm as when she helps me. Again, this location is Always a Wonderful Shopping Experience. And with people like “Celia” working there you’ll always get the help you need and the clothing you’re looking for. I highly recommend this location. Absolutely Wonderful Experience.

I wanted to check out a bag before buying it. I am a person who would still rather by in a store rather than online (most of the time). They had the bag and also had it in the color I wanted. So while I was there, I decided to buy another rain defender hoodie. Howerver they did not have the size in the color and style I wanted. A very helpful sales associate help me out by ordering it for me. She was able to ship it directly to my home at no extra charge. I was very happy with my visit to this store.

Purchased my brother in law a one piece jumper, and it was a medium but loose fit….well he swam in it, brought it here and they did everything to make sure we were taken care of properly. Lauren went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. This location will always get me business. I really appreciate all the help that was offered to my sister and I. I have more men in the family that I will t treat to something from this location.

Every time we go in here the staff is always extremely friendly and provides great customer service. I believe the gentleman who is the manager always takes time to approach us and ask if we need anything. Always has good recommendations about products and sizing. We’re lucky to have one of the few Carhartt brick and mortars around in our area. Always great, high quality products from Carhartt.
