Walgreens

Had to get some quick photo prints and a few items- had an excellent experience with D'Asia and an awesome woman who I think may have been the manager (:

They have a variety of all things. I purchased eyelash glue here (buy one get one free). They have a good selection of shampoo & conditioner. If you don't feel like dealing with the big stores this place is great. They are very professional & friendly. I love great customer service.

This is hands down the best Walgreens I've ever used. We switched from CVS across the street because they are a hot mess, and made a medication error that could have caused a catastrophe.

I was sick as a dog once and lost my patience with the staff (the credit card machine was down and I was given a controlled substance for my cough and had to come in and physically sign for it), and I acted like a real turd for having to come inside instead of use the drive thru. James, the pharmacist, never showed an ounce of frustration with me and was patient and professional through my little flu tantrum.

I was recently prescribed a new medication and I even received a follow-up call from the pharmacist to see how I was doing on it and if I had any questions. THAT is customer service.

Any other issues or frustrations I have ever had have always been because of my insurance company, not the staff doing anything wrong. They know my family by name and when we walk in always greet us and treat us with exceptional kindness. The pharmacist is always happy to answer my questions about prescribed or over the counter medications - and I have many. I can't say enough good things. No place is perfect and getting prescriptions always takes longer than you wish it did. But this Walgreens is worth the wait.

I shop at this Walgreens frequently since it is close to my home. I rarely leave reviews, but I had to share my experience tonight at the Walgreens located at 3101 New Bern Ave. Due to a mixup (on my part) the manager on duty tonight,(7pm) I believe his name is Marcus. He was so helpful and professional. He went out of his way to make things right and I really do appreciate it. I wish there were more companies who still believe in giving great customer service.

Misha is the best!! Shes probably offered jobs quite often as she is so great with customers. She is so proffessional and really cares. Everytime I come in she never rushes me and helps me get the best prices by suggesting other products. I use this walgreens opposed to the one closest to my home because of her. Her spirit is so welcoming which is needed in her department. She deserves the highest appreciation and respect. Bless You Misha and Great choice Walgreens!!!
