I visited this establishment 3 times this week trying to find a particular tennis shoe 👟. The sales associate here has poor customer service. I went back today with my husband. As soon as I sat down on the bench and retrieve the shoe-of choice ,this young man (SHADRONE),came over and asked, ‘if we needed anything’.Right away he came back with the shoes I asked for and another choice. His attitude and customer service was a breath of fresh air this establishment needed. 🎩 off to SHADRONE for his great service..

Staff needs better knowledge of what's available in stock and what's not. I was told they didn't have my size on 2 different shoes but I happened to find one that was my size and another employee found the other shoe in my size. Almost missed 2 sales had I not looked harder and asked another associate.

Sunday 3/3/24 me and my two kids when into city gear for some sneakers my son picked up a pair of sneakers that was $70. That was the price inside the sneaker. My daughter picked sneakers that was for 115 I always look at the price when I’m buying sneakers we went, took the sneakers to the counter. They told me it was the wrong price inside my son sneakers so the lady called manager to ask can I get them for $70? The manager said no that was the wrong price anyway, I paid for the sneakers they gave me corporate number I called corporate to see can we resolve this problem I’m a big content, Creator of sneakers when I f finish with them nobody won’t ever go in the store again Beaufort south Carolina I got a video that I was making inside the store to show y’all it was more than one pair of sneakers with wrong prices

Who ever owns this store don't care because customer service is the worst, they never open on time .they always lie about the system..like right now it's 10:25 they still close ..smh .I buy shelves every week and it like t I is every week

Store opened an hour after it was supposed to don’t tell people 12 and you open at 1!

The freaking service they provide is horrible
