Penn Station East Coast Subs

Our family has been here twice on a Thursday and a Friday. The team working were so friendly and talked to our kids. The food is always so good! I was just impressed with how kind and welcoming the staff was!

Great subs! Wanted something a little different than the normal fare in Edwardsville. Have never been here, and I was pretty happy.
Fries are great. And they have malt vinegar!

Today I came in around 4:30 to get dinner for my family. There were only 2 employees present & during my time there they had mine & another gentleman's order, a door dash order, a group of three & a family of six. Even while busy the employees were very friendly, the service was pretty quick & the sandwich was delicious!!!

Full disclosure, the only sub I've ever had from Penn Station is the Philly Cheesesteak, with mushrooms. But that alone is enough to give the food 5 stars in my opinion.

I've never had a bad sub from this location, and the staff are always extremely friendly. Everything is clean, the atmosphere is welcoming, and if you show up on a Tuesday it's Free Cookie Sample Day with your order, so keep that in mind.

I intended to take s pic of my food with this review, but... I couldn't keep myself from eating everything for long enough.

So stop by, get a sub, say hi to the friendly people behind the counter, and for the love of all that's holy remember to get fries with your order. It's worth it.

I feel absolutely spoiled there with the delicious flavors they have to offer. I can not imagine eating a sub sandwich from anywhere else. The price matches the quality of food. I had the hot Italian sub with fries and it was out of this world, like homemade (if you come from a flavorful home). The staff are extra nice and open hearted but don’t take advantage of them. They do a great job there working as a team. I’m in love lol!

I love Penn station and this location did not disappoint. Extra kudos to the staff here, there was only 2 of them (I've never seen a Penn station with only 2 employees running the whole show) and they did a good job and were kind and professional.

Simply delicious! this was my first time trying Penn station and I was absolutely amazed how good their food is and let me say definitely going back! Great staff!

I do like Penn Station and this one is exceptionally good. Even when they're backed up, they get your sandwich out quickly. Food quality is supreme and there's plenty of seating. Go in and grab yourself a sandwich

This is one of the BEST places in Edwardsville, IL to get a sub. I am originally from Chicago and back home subs are delicious. So I was happy to find one here. If you want my opinion try the Philadelphia Philly Cheese steak, so delicious!

A very good alternative to subway or jimmy johns is penn station.
Their menu features an array of mouth watering Grilled Penn Station submarine sandwiches, fresh-cut fries and hand-squeezed lemonade. All sandwiches are prepared fresh in full view of the customer using delicious hearth-baked bread, USDA Choice Steak and the finest meats, cheeses and vegetables. The potatoes are hand selected, fresh-cut and flash-fried in cholesterol-free peanut oil. The lemonade is made from scratch every day using hand-squeezed lemons.

Very nice workers. Atmosphere was nice. I left my debit card there by mistake and they held it for me.

The customer service was excellent. It didn't take long to get my order as the place was not busy. They are remodeling so its not for dine in just yet.

Most pleasant experience yet! Such friendly people who work there and food was hot and fresh!

Jamie greeted us as we walked in and helped us as we decided. Mark crafted two delicious sandwiches, the phillly and an artichoke heart 6''in. The store was spot less and service was quick, friendly, and the food was delicious!

Completely Awesome, this sandwich shop "Devastates" all other sandwich shops...The flavor is out of this world, the portions are nice and the bread and fresh cut fries are absolutely excellent.

Great subs, lemonade, and staff was friendly while being detail oriented. Place was spotless, keep up the good work.

Always great food! Had minor hiccup with order...they handled it great!!! Will come back!
