McDonald's

I am very picky about my service and food quality, but when it comes to this McDonald’s I’m never disappointed. The food always comes out correct and in a timely manor. Not to mention the night time staff is some of the most welcoming McDonald’s Employees i have ever met. The manager Derek is an absolute King when it comes to making sure the customer has a pleasurable experience and customer service. Hell they have even paid for a meal when my card declined. Honestly they go above and beyond here and deserve to be recognized for it.

Really clean and the staff is so friendly! Definitely a place to stop in rather than drive thru. I'm glad we did.

This is the best McDonald's I've been to. I will only be going to this one from now on. We ordered curbside and waited for about 5 minutes to receive our food. Everything was hot and fresh. We ordered a Coke and it tasted like bottled Coke. It was amazing. (You know what that means? They clean their machines...gross when you think about other restaurants.) I will be returning!

Feel like some kind of internal crisis was happening. They attempted to give an order that wasn't mine and never came back to the window. After about five minutes of waiting and about a dozen cars getting served after me,, I went inside and asked if they still had my order.

The manager was very friendly, apologized, and quickly got me my food. Giving it 5 stars because after 20 years of industry experience, I know no one can be perfect 100% of the time. It's about how it's handled afterwards. Besides, it was only 5 minutes and we all need to learn to have more patience with each other.

If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would. This one is the best one I have been and that list includes the one across town attached to circle k. 10/10 would eat here any day of the week.

Quick drive thru, friendly service, hot food!

Never have issues when I come here for a quick meal. Very fast during lunch hour and I know they are working efficiently. Even the manager is helping run orders outside.

The girl at the cash register was young and she needed more training she shouldn't have been left alone yet but the manager did come out made my food good and was very polite

I got an order on march 22 at night. There were some really genuine and nice workers serving me. Made me go from getting food to uplifting my entire day. If workers are always like that at McDonalds I would always go there!

Only drive through, but staff was friendly and courteous. It's McD's - if you like it this is a good one.

Fast food restaurants typically aren't things that I review, however I had such a good experience I needed to share that. It was 9:00 in the morning and I did not feel like breakfast. Typically McDonald's does not serve lunch until 10:30 hey I'm so I resigned myself too ordering breakfast food that I did not want. Upon mentioning this, the manager who happen to be taking my order stated that this location will make lunch anytime day or night regardless of the hour. The manager indicated it may take a couple of minutes longer but they are happy to always do that. I was very surprised by their willingness and flexibility, which is sometimes lacking in fast food restaurants.

I went through the drive thru here, no issues. Their updated ordering system is really good and it seems like the remodeling of this location has made it look really nice.

Friendly staff and quick service, had no issues with the soda or food that I got. Open late.

Good food at a normal price. Most times workers are friendly.

A million times better than the one across town. The staff is always friendly and the drive thru moves much faster. Even when ordering with special instructions you get fast and friendly service! Thank you!!

Had to stare at this for my whole meal.

My daughters radiator blew up as soon as I placed my order in Drive Thru. It was super hot outside. The crew was kind enough to offer me a cold drink and some AC. A stranger bought my order ❤ #SpreadTheLove
The employees also offered to help push my vehicle out of the way and offered me a ride as they left work. I cannot say THANK YOU enough to the kind hearts that reached out to me today. I will not forget you guys!

We love McDonald's, they still have the best French fries and I'm a senior now. My grandkids would eat McDonald's every day if we would let them. And it's a clean place, the one in Edwardsville.

Super fast and accurate drive through. These owners really care!!

Went 2 minutes before close and they gave me best chocolate shake ever
