Stopped in without an appointment (an appointment is recommended) and Todd helped fix a pressure point on one of my boots. He also provided some good tips for best way to strap up that I was unaware of.

Stopped in to get boots I had purchased there adjusted after skiing on them a few times. Attentive and knowledgeable service. Best boot fitting experienced I have had in 50 years. Boots can be comfortable. Who would have thought..

Fantastic. My boots were unbearable to wear before, despite trying to get them adjusted at other places. Todd tinkered with them and we adjusted them by trial and error for 2 days before they were just right. I haven't had boots this comfortable in years. Cannot praise them enough.

We picked up my wife’s skis/boots setup yesterday and Todd and his team were fantastically helpful throughout the entire process. Taking measurements, checking her range of motion, suggesting the best way to store them, and generally being wonderful people.

They’re about a 90-minute drive from our house, but we’ll still go to Mountainside Ski Service for all our skiing needs.

Wholeheartedly recommend them.

I came to Mountainside Ski Service this afternoon for help because my boot wouldn't fit into my binding (this was completely unrelated to them - I purchased my skis in New Jersey). Stacey, the woman at the front, immediately offered to help and brought my ski to the back. Her team of technicians quickly diagnosed the problem and helped me reset my bindings for free. She patiently showed me what had happened so that I could fix them myself in the future. Thank you for saving my vacation, Mountainside Ski Service!

The team at Mountain Side Ski Service is very customer focused. Great job helping select the right boot based on skier ability and foot "uniqueness". Also great at custom boot liner fitting and follow-up boot adjustments and tuning. Very COVID-19 safety conscious, with appointments required and limited capacity in the shop.

Got here at the end of the season. Super nice lady helped me A lot. Don’t worry about anything, they definitely know what they were doing. Thumb up!!!

This is the best shop in all of Vermont. Hands down. I don't ski Sugarbush, but I drive all the way from Burlington to buy my boots and get the top notch service that keeps me coming back. The boot fitters will literally amaze you with their knowledge and customer service. Ski like a local, shop at Mountainside.

I visited the Mountainside team in late December for a new complete AT set-up. This was the first time I have gone down the route of a custom fitted boot and insole. For the past 20 years I have pushed through the pain of ill fitting boots and dull edges: no longer must the suffering go on! A sweet set up with Dalbello AT boots, AT bindings and a set of Elan skis. So far this season has been a new experience. Thanks to the crew at Mountainside I am loving the new found comfort and confidence of custom fitted gear. Thanks!

Boot fitters patient, knowledgeable and do great work. Convenient. 20 pounds of ski stuff packed into a 10 pound shop. WAY more than meets the eye. Go during the day, they get busy at 415.

The owners and staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. They got our family of 4 fitted and on the slopes quickly. We even saw them out on the slopes later! Rent here!
