Chez Henri Restaurant & Bistro

I have visited Sugarbush several times in the summer and have never been able to try Chez Henri before. I changed that on a recent trip and I was glad I did. The best French food I have had since I was in Lyon.

Had a wonderful experience. I had the breakfast an my husband had a hot hamburger. Both were delicious. My bacon was perfect and the hash browns were exceptional. The only thing better than the food was the service. Kelly was very personable as well as professional. Thank you Kelly you're very kind. Worth the trip from Cole Harbour

Chez Henri was a great way to start the 2023 New Year - food was excellent and place was decorated nicely for the holidays- the staff was very knowledgeable and pleasant- Henri busy greet guests as usual - God Bless him at almost 96! Not sure what previous reviews a few years ago experienced but the experience was back for us. Dinner out now is always pricey but low to mid $30 entrees are not uncommon and for resort dining not out of line. Nice wine choices and a glass for only $10. So glad we went! Some might find the pace slow but it was an evening out with no place to go - so just like dining in France where you are there for the evening and just enjoying the experience - get a chance go relax and enjoy!

From the moment Bernard answered the phone I had high expectations. A real Frenchman and a classic French restaurant in Warren? Oui!!
The food and wine is spectacular- worthy of a return trip. If you’re lucky enough to get it. This is a must do if you’re skiing Sugarbush. PS the wine selection is really good and so are the prices.

One of the best dining experiences we’ve enjoyed in years! Food, service and atmosphere were all fabulous. We enjoyed the roasted duck breast and rack of lamb, coupled with perfect wine pairings suggested by our server.

Terrific food! The best French cuisine I have ever had in North America. The ambiance is warm and friendly. Owner and staff made us feel so welcome. Will definitely go back!

Very special restaurant hidden beneath the mountain. Excellent food and the staff is very friendly. I had the pheasant with mushroom sauce, which was perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. High recommend this restaurant, and be sure to say hi to Henri!

Favorite restaurant at Sugarbush. My Favorite dishes here are the duck with peppercorn sauce, steak tartare, and the French onion soup. Truly though all the food is spectacular and the owners and staff are so nice.

Everything was perfect. Every course was cooked to perfection and the atmosphere was incredibly relaxing. Great chatting with Henri and Bernard. Be sure to try the desserts which are all made there. Can't wait to go back.

As everyone has said, the fondue is excellent! There is nothing more classic than stopping here after a day of skiing to sit by the fire and eating the most classic French food since 1960. Well worth the price and a must!

This is a must try. Skip the crowd at the mountain and ski in here instead. Try the escargot and the cheese fondue.

Best food in the Valley. Great martini. Great atmosphere, feels like you are in Chamonix. Gotta have the fondue and steak tartar. I guarantee Henry will be there to snap a photo of you with your cell phone!
