Rumble's Bistro & Bar

1/1/2022 for dinner. We were pleasantly surprised. The Autumn Bounty salad with honey mustard dressing was very good. Plenty for two to share. Both pasta, Wild Mushroom Pappardelle and Pumpkin Squad Ravioli, were in cream sauce. A non-cream based option would be nice. Cheesecake and key lime pie were both made in-house and very good.

Communication with the restaurant is difficult (impossible). No one answers the phone and no answering machine. You are directed to the website for reservations, which doesn't work and you are told to call the restaurant.

Visited again on 11/20/21. New menu! The kale Caesar is great. Loved the tuna tartare. Highly recommend the shrimp and grits. Both desserts - blueberry cheesecake and choc mousse cake are very good.

Ordered takeout online. The brussels were good but a little salty. Rumbles Greens salad was a good size for sharing. Lots of great flavors. The polenta and the gnocchi were okay. A whoopie pie is sharing size and just okay - more like biscuits than cake, dry and crumbly. Wine by the glass $15. A lot of outdoor seating and fire pits. Will try again, ordering differently.

Very tasty, deceptively large double smash burger, cooked perfectly and with a tasty combination of toppings. The Parmesan fries were excellent, just would have liked more! Pickle was great too. Convenient location and a wonderful vibe. I enjoyed it quite a bit!

Attended a reunion/homecoming weekend. We had a social hour here on Friday. The bar girl made the best martini. Husband and I both ordered wings, they were very fresh and tasted awesome. Service was spot on.

Rumble's Bistro & Bar is the nicest restaurant within Sugarbush. It's located in the Claybrook hotel, which is a short distance from the lifts at Mt. Lincoln. The food and service here has always been excellent the handful of time that we have eaten Rumble's for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. This is a great place for apres, too, after a long day of skiing, but the best part about this restaurant is its name. The name Rumble was given to this establishment in honor of the owners dog!

Lovely ambiance with inviting smiles to welcome you . We enjoyed outdoor seating as an additional option.

Got the double smash burger, although it only had one patty, but it was great! Parmesan fries were the best! Waiter from Romania was amazing!

Rumbles was a lovely experience! I had the chicken which was delicious and my boyfriend had the filet mignon which was incredible, very tender and perfectly cooked and seasoned! Our waitress Nika was attentive and sweet as well! We had an amazing time and will be back soon!!

restaurant atmosphere was great! server was timely and very helpful. I got the pork chop and it was one of the best i’ve had. I also got the drink with vodka, ginger beer and orange juice, it was so tasty I had three! We also got a cheesecake to share and it was THE best i’ve ever had. Do not skip out on the cheesecake if you come here! It was amazing. I definitely will be back!

The food is always amazing! Also the people that work there are friendly and personable. I prefer this to most other restaurants in the area!!

The service and attention to detail make this place noteworthy, but the reason to come is the atmosphere. Amazing views outside and rich ambiance inside add up to a fabulous destination! Kudos to John and Howie at the bar! They made us feel like family.

Really nice place, the food It’s great

The chicken sandwich was way better than I expected. It wasn't too thick to eat, it was crispy, and most importantly, it was made from a thigh so it was moist and tasty. Also the fries were excellent.

Excellent food, service and amenities. Our server, Mike, made us feel right at home. It is off season, so not crowded, but everyone eating and at th he bar were enjoying themselves. Had the NY steak done med rare perfectly. Chef specializes appetizers, veggies, fried pickles, fries, etc were exceptional. Fantastic desert choices, too. Will return often.

We had a great experience at Rumble's. We had a large group and they had no trouble accommodating us. The staff was fantastic and so kind. The drinks were delicious!

We stopped in to meet friends who were staying at nearby Claybrook for a beer. Love the atmosphere with the high ceiling and timber framing. Wait staff was nice. There was even a shot ski we tried. If you have not seen one, four people can take a shot at the same time. Kudos for Rumbles having one!

Trying to find breakfast out of season was tough, but I'm glad we found Rumble's. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Those pancakes must have something special in them!

As huge dog lovers, we loved the picture of Rumble greeting you as you walk into the door, such a beautiful boy.

Staff were busy but very attentive. Excellent food and if you like drinks, I'd definitely point you to their green mountain mules!

We love Rumble's. Just make sure you make a reservation on busy weekends or holiday weeks. Go early or late to avoid the rush.

Friendly staff, had an excellent farm to table Thanksgiving dinner buffet. Turkey was cooked to perfection, stuffing was tasty, butternut squash soup and vegetables all tasted great. Beautifully presented and well laid out. Only disappointment was that they ran out of flourless chocolate cake before we got to dessert. Meeting chef Curtis aka "Bear" was an unexpected treat. Couldn't have spent a Thanksgiving away from home any better! Kudos to everyone working at Sugarbush today.

Great atmosphere, good music, and excellent food. Smaller menu, however there is a choice for everyone. Highly recommend the fried pickles or nachos for an app but the rest is up to you!
