Very nice store. A bit pricey $$$ for Vermont. However, I am giving 5 Stars due to our interaction with Shasta Perez, the Assistant Store Manager. She was great. She took the time to help my wife and didn't rush her. I would hire Shasta in a minute. Great employee for any business. I hope the owners appreciate how Shasta represents their company to the public.

Lots and lots of shoes for all temperatures, weather, seasons and activities. Socks too! Friendly and helpful staff a plus.

Representative Shasta Perez was excellent and knowledgeable with my Birkenstock purchase. She made sure my shoes fit perfectly and that I was completely happy with my purchase. Store has amazing variety and high quality products. I will definitely be coming back!

Wonderful staff!!! The store is such a unique building which made it enjoyable to ship. They have a vast amount of brands and styles. I will be traveling to this store again soon. Well worth my hour ride there.

After a nightmarish experience at the Bennington store... This one was amazing. The salesman war knowledgeable, patient and worth the extra half hour drive. Make the trip here instead. The selection is much larger as well

This place is awesome. They really, really know about shoes in here. I needed a stylish pair of shoes for a wedding fast and they had a nice selection but more importantly people who were passionate and knowledgeable about shoes. Top shelf service.

This place saved the day, seriously! I'm a wedding photographer and since it was a long trip I decided to change once I got to the venue. And behold, I forgot my dress shoes and was only in flip-flops! Family Footwear was 1 mile away and I was able to buy work sketchers in my size and on the spot before the wedding started. Not only that, later during dancing, my foot got stepped on (by a celebrity guest I might add) during the horah circle dance and I was able to handle it continuing to get the photos I needed without flinching. That would have never been possible in those darn flip-flops I had. The customer service was outstanding from the moment I walked in until I left! Thanks for being there. I highly recommend!

Love this shoe store and try to buy my shoes when we are visiting family.

They have a person who is specially trained to assist finding the best shoes and insert to help if you have a problem foot, knee, hip or back. Have to make an appointment but their is not fee for this service. I love this store!

This place is the best for your shoe needs in the Manchester Vermont area. The staff is always friendly and willing to help with any of your needs.

Besides shoes they also have a verity of purses.

Huge selection! The staff that has been here for a long time is fantastically helpful. The shoe club is a plus when you have 4 kids ;^)
